  I made a purchase (mens boxer briefs) and didn't like the product for a number of different reasons, but I tried to leave a 1 star review giving my ho est opinions about all the issues woth them, but my review has never showed up on their review section with everyone else's. All the current reviews on the product are 5 stars so it's very obvious they are blocking poor reviews to scam people.

  **************** couldnt have cared less to fix or resolve the situation. **************** was so bad to the point that I dont trust ordering anything from this company at all. If anything goes wrong then you arent getting it resolved by them. I would just avoid this company and order from another one. Also nothing that I have bought from here has held up well at all.

  Absolutely terrible company. Look at the terrible reviews about their customer service online (outside of their website of course). This company puts out TERRIBLE quality products and claims to be sustainable. When your clothing is such bad quality that it is usable for no more than 2-months, newsflash, that's HORRIBLE for the environment. It doesn't matter if it's organic cotton, your clothing ends up in the landfill right next to all the other fast fashion brands. In fact, judging by my experience, it will be in the landfill way faster. After wasting money on leggings from this company, there was a hole in the back literally 2-months later. Upon reaching out to customer service, I received the same generic/fake concerned responses that they give to everyone. "Oh we are so sorry we want to make this right!!", and then like everyone else complaining, I am given the runaround, for a month now. How do companies like this even stay in business?? Look at this BBB rating!! This company is worse than *****. I tried leaving a negative review on their website to warm others of the terrible quality of their products and abysmal customer service, but the website wouldn't allow me to.

  Really wanted to love this company, as I was excited about their clothing options. Quality of the clothing is terrible for the price. The 100% cotton clothing from ******* is softer, thicker, and nicer to wear than the cotton clothing from Pact. Sizing is way off, especially after it shrinks a size in the wash (even using cold water and low dryer). My husband is a M or L and we bought L which was way too small. The women's clothing sizing was all over the place. Wrong items were sent in the order. I used a refer-a-friend link and my friend did not receive the credit promised nor did I receive the 20% discount. Returns are NOT free, despite what it says on their website. There is a processing fee if you're not located near a "**********." **************** was bad to deal with and did not help the situation. Will not order from this company again.

  This Review is about customer service not the clothing. I made a mistake on my Order and contacted customer service right away. Said they couldn't make any changes to the Order and to just return the items. I then asked to just cancel and was told it would take days to Cancel. My Paypal account wasn't even charged yet....I don't understand how hard it is to punch a button and just Cancel an order!This company does not work with their customers and make things right.

  Their underwear is of a price point that demands lasting quality, not just good ingredients. If the product looks saggy and sloppy less than 6 months into wearing them, that is not good quality. What is the point of ******* if they gap and don't make you look attractive? When I place them out flat, my husband even exclaimed, "What size are those? Aren't they too big for you?" Not at all what I wanted to hear.I have cotton ******* from VS that are 5 years old that still hold their shape and wear very well. Why can't Pact do the same? High quality cotton should perform like cotton whether it's organic or not. A 30 day guarantee seems to be more suited for products that can actually show their performance within that time frame. I strongly believe good quality ******* should still hold their shape at least for a solid year if not longer. 30 days is not a time period long enough to be fair to your customers.To compare, I purchased some generic organic cotton ******* by Felina off of Amazon at the same time. They did not come in as many fun colors as Pact, and the elastic was slightly too tight. However, they have kept their shape and still look like size small when I place them out flat. As I wash mine on delicate with the most gentle, organic, hypoallergenic laundry care that has made most of my wardrobe look amazing even after fifteen years, I can see no reason why Pact ******* continue to fall apart other than the quality is not what it should be. This leaves me extremely disappointed and regretful for spending as much as I did on a product that continuously failed to deliver.

  I recently discovered Pact and have ordered from them many times. Their clothes are so soft and comfortable. A lot of the Mens pants can look dressy or casual which I love. The quality is unmatched. I received a wrong item one time and Pact went above and beyond to make it right. Their customer service is very fast to respond and they are awesome!I saw all the low reviews about Pact and wanted to leave my honest review. My deliveries have always been on time and the customer service has been great. Dont let the bad reviews keep you from the softest clothes ever.

  SCAM Company? !!!!My very first order. I did not receive my package. **** said I needed to work with PACT to get my missing package. PACT said I needed to work with ****. Therefore, there is no way to fix my issue.PACT customer service said they could not help me. PACT customer service told me the only option is to call my credit card and try and reverse the charge through them. They have zero customer service and can't help if you don't receive your item. I am unsure if they are even a real company or if they are a scam.

  Hey I love Pact clothing, however got ahold of a very snooty, young condescending girl today, so as far as PR goes, they need to step up their game. I just inquired about a return. Very rude. PS I lived in *** so I know people can be very nice.

  Noticed how low the reviews were here and through I'd leave a review that counters that, since I wholly disagree with anyone that gives Pact less than at least 3/5 stars.I've used and even worked for Pact for several years (at the time of writing this, approx 3yrs). Generally speaking, I have been a huge fan, and have a primarily Pact wardrobe for a reason. This brand introduced me to the importance and impact of sustainable fashion. It has soft and comfortable staple items in a series of very simple, classic tones. The patterns and unique colors that are offered by Pact are usually more unique than I've found in other brands. Full prices are a little high for a good chunk of the styles, but all the frequent sales, promos, and other deals make up for this for more frugal clothing shoppers like myself. Quality is impressive. In my many years of ordering, I have had only a couple of defective items total, and one I personally kept knowing it was a one-off, but the other was resolved easily, professionally, and replaced with a brand new, non-defective item. *********% of my undies are Pact, and somewhere between 70-85% of my everyday wardrobe is Pact because of the soft fabric and staple styles that are easy to dress up, layer, or even DIY.Really enjoy Pact enough to feel that it was worth writing up this review. Highly recommend giving Pact a shot to anyone looking for clothes like WearPact's :)
