    Please do not order from this company! Their customer service is horrendous. My order came quickly but the shirts were far too big even though I used their size guide and measured myself. I had to send the order back, had to pay $25 for shipping to get my order and another $25 to ship it back. Ive been waiting for my refund because the tracking shows its been delivered back to them. Theyve stopped responding to emails now. This company is criminal.

    Ordered over $200 in merchandise which was not delivered to me due to mix up by post office. When I contacted customer service at ****, they told me I would have to file a claim with post office even though they are the sender. After 4 days of calling post office to find where my package is, I phoned Pact again. After explaining my issue, I was told again that I had to file a claim with the post office before they could refund me. When I told the customer service *** named **** that I was not going to file a claim because it is their responsibility as the sender, she told me they can't. I tried explaining that in fact they can and should as the sender. The **** website actually states the sender can file a claim. In the process of trying to get the customer service *** to listen to what I was saying, she literally hung up on me. Never was I rude or belligerent. I did talk over her because she kept ***eating rubbish and I knew what she was saying was false. Terrible customer service and no accountability whatsoever. Do not recommend this company. I didn't check the BBB before ordering from them. Clearly after reading other reviews, this company has serious problems.

    Never again. **** is a scam. If you return items, you dont get your taxes back and they charge you $27 fee. So I lost $60 on return. Their items run hugeso unfortunately I had to rerun it and honestly the quality is also verydisappointing.First I placed an order, right away they charged me. Then one item was out of stock so I didnt receive it. I sent them email asking about my refund. They told me that I wasnt charged for it. Well, I was. I sent them screenshots and multiple explanations but they couldnt get it. Finally they did and apologized for confusion

    I made a purchase (mens boxer briefs) and didn't like the product for a number of different reasons, but I tried to leave a 1 star review giving my ho est opinions about all the issues woth them, but my review has never showed up on their review section with everyone else's. All the current reviews on the product are 5 stars so it's very obvious they are blocking poor reviews to scam people.

    **************** couldnt have cared less to fix or resolve the situation. **************** was so bad to the point that I dont trust ordering anything from this company at all. If anything goes wrong then you arent getting it resolved by them. I would just avoid this company and order from another one. Also nothing that I have bought from here has held up well at all.

    Absolutely terrible company. Look at the terrible reviews about their customer service online (outside of their website of course). This company puts out TERRIBLE quality products and claims to be sustainable. When your clothing is such bad quality that it is usable for no more than 2-months, newsflash, that's HORRIBLE for the environment. It doesn't matter if it's organic cotton, your clothing ends up in the landfill right next to all the other fast fashion brands. In fact, judging by my experience, it will be in the landfill way faster. After wasting money on leggings from this company, there was a hole in the back literally 2-months later. Upon reaching out to customer service, I received the same generic/fake concerned responses that they give to everyone. "Oh we are so sorry we want to make this right!!", and then like everyone else complaining, I am given the runaround, for a month now. How do companies like this even stay in business?? Look at this BBB rating!! This company is worse than *****. I tried leaving a negative review on their website to warm others of the terrible quality of their products and abysmal customer service, but the website wouldn't allow me to.

    Pact has terrible customer service and I had to fight to get my money back.I bought 3 dresses from Pact after seeing them in an Instagram ad. I quickly got a shipment notification the next day with a tracking number. 10 days later, I notice there have been no tracking updates and it says the carrier is still waiting to pick up the package. I contact Pact customer service via their website and they say the package was lost, I am allowed to request a replacement or a refund. I choose a replacement since I actually want the dresses. A week passes with no updates, and I follow up asking if there's a tracking number for the replacement, but they say the dresses are now out of stock so their system will process a refund. Another week passes and I ask about the refund because I haven't received it yet, they immediately process a partial refund. I ask why they didn't process the full amount and they say I need to wait for it to finish processing (but at the same time I see another partial refund go through; these 2 refunds still don't add up to the original amount I paid). I wait for another week to pass and again ask why I haven't received all my money back. They ask for a phone number to contact me but instead I do the math for them and tell them exactly how much they still owe me, which they finally process without ever calling me.It took over 2 weeks and pulling teeth with customer service to get all of my money back after they said the dresses were out of stock. I wonder if they hoped I would forget I bought the dresses and/or wouldn't want to bother fighting for my money so they can just pocket it without sending me anything. Given my experience, I'm never going to attempt to buy anything from Pact again, there are plenty of other clothing stores I can go to.

    Really wanted to love this company, as I was excited about their clothing options. Quality of the clothing is terrible for the price. The 100% cotton clothing from ******* is softer, thicker, and nicer to wear than the cotton clothing from Pact. Sizing is way off, especially after it shrinks a size in the wash (even using cold water and low dryer). My husband is a M or L and we bought L which was way too small. The women's clothing sizing was all over the place. Wrong items were sent in the order. I used a refer-a-friend link and my friend did not receive the credit promised nor did I receive the 20% discount. Returns are NOT free, despite what it says on their website. There is a processing fee if you're not located near a "**********." **************** was bad to deal with and did not help the situation. Will not order from this company again.

    This Review is about customer service not the clothing. I made a mistake on my Order and contacted customer service right away. Said they couldn't make any changes to the Order and to just return the items. I then asked to just cancel and was told it would take days to Cancel. My Paypal account wasn't even charged yet....I don't understand how hard it is to punch a button and just Cancel an order!This company does not work with their customers and make things right.

    Their underwear is of a price point that demands lasting quality, not just good ingredients. If the product looks saggy and sloppy less than 6 months into wearing them, that is not good quality. What is the point of ******* if they gap and don't make you look attractive? When I place them out flat, my husband even exclaimed, "What size are those? Aren't they too big for you?" Not at all what I wanted to hear.I have cotton ******* from VS that are 5 years old that still hold their shape and wear very well. Why can't Pact do the same? High quality cotton should perform like cotton whether it's organic or not. A 30 day guarantee seems to be more suited for products that can actually show their performance within that time frame. I strongly believe good quality ******* should still hold their shape at least for a solid year if not longer. 30 days is not a time period long enough to be fair to your customers.To compare, I purchased some generic organic cotton ******* by Felina off of Amazon at the same time. They did not come in as many fun colors as Pact, and the elastic was slightly too tight. However, they have kept their shape and still look like size small when I place them out flat. As I wash mine on delicate with the most gentle, organic, hypoallergenic laundry care that has made most of my wardrobe look amazing even after fifteen years, I can see no reason why Pact ******* continue to fall apart other than the quality is not what it should be. This leaves me extremely disappointed and regretful for spending as much as I did on a product that continuously failed to deliver.
