  Fast background check has inaccurate information of myself online and I cannot opt out because they send a verification email to an address that I no longer use. I'm very upset because they also have the wrong phone number listed under my profile and I want to delete my profile as it does not allow me to because of a faulty email address. I request that they opt me out. I tried calling them but their phone menu is not working correctly.   This website has very personal information about me to include my phone numbers that I had recently change due to physical threats against me and my family. Changing my phone numbers was very disruptive to my life. The experience I had regarding a criminal threatening me was very traumatic. I even asked the phone conpany to hide my caller ID so they doesnt show up with my name on a receiver's phone, yet this website was able to get my new information and post them again online. There is no option to remove this information. The website tells you to click on a link, which brings you down a rabbit hole and has all sorts of ad pop **** I do not trust this process and I demand this company remove my information for my safety. Thank you.

  10/22/24 is when I found all my personal information gathered on their website. I am disputing the following:1. they have personally identifiable information that is a safety risk for myself and my family 2. their site says you can go through the removal process, but instead takes you around in circles without completing the process 3.   I am rejecting this response because the link, www.fastbackgroundcheck.com/removal, does not lead to a page where I can request to remove the authorized personal profile information by allowing me to opt out.  Instead, the link displays a search by name feature and will display some sort of unauthorized personal information profile summary with button icons labelled "View Details" for public records gathered from three different sources, i.e. ***************, *************************************, and ****************.  The 'view details' button brings you to a membership selection page for each individual site.  I don't want a membership with any of these sites and I am not authorizing FastBackgroundcheck.com to attempt to gather my personal information or coordinate some kind of effort with any of these other sites.

  The records shown could also be for anyone with similar names, not that I would authorize this company to do this even if everything was perfectly accurate.  Please remove whatever profile you for me as you have already built from your site.

  I am rejecting this response because:  The attachment has a snip it from their site as of Oct 25th 2024.  Clearly the site is still maintaining an unauthorized profile for me.   

  This is not acceptable as a resolution.  

  The three other websites are listed on the bottom of the page offering and each of these links are promising even more information about me.  These are all posted on FastBackGroundCheck.com.  

  The request is to eliminate the profile completely whether or not the information is accurate.

  I am rejecting this response because fastbackgroundcheck has still not removed my personal information from their site.  You can see the information listed on their site on the word document which includes a screenshot of their website.

  If they can help with the removal of the information, then why haven't they removed that information as of this time?

  In addition, they do have the ability to control which links to post on their own site. Their site clearly displays links to those other sites with indications of more personal information being available through them.
