  For months, I have tried to delete my private information from this company. Fast Background check has all my private information on the internet and selling my information. I contacted the company few months ago and told them that their system did not allow to remove my information. The service *** responded " Figure out" and hung up the phone. I want this company to remove my private information from the internet as soon as possible. Some of my neighbors know my private life when they used fast background check.

  There is no way to remove my personal information from your website. The recommended link, "Do not sell my personal information..." does not work. I've tried calling...no one answers the phone. The instructions on their answer machine to remove personal data is incorrect and cannot be completed on their website. The company is illegitimate; otherwise, the operators would provide an easy way for people to remove their personal data. A legitimate company would respond or answer the phone. Please remove my personal information from your website. I am a police officer and I've gone to great lengths to have my personal address and private information removed from public records ********************************** Etc). Needless to say, I was quite disturbed to see my personal information and MY FAMILY'S information on your website. This is creepy and dangerous.

  FastBackgroundCheck.com has on their website all my personal information listed for anyone to see including those who are engaged in identity theft and the dark web. They have me listed as being associated with people I have never heard of as well as family members. They have information going back some 40 years. This disregard to my privacy and displaying this information without my consent puts myself and others at risk, unsafe and open to malicious behavior. I demand that fastbackgroundcheck.com immediately remove all my information from their website as well as from any and all other affiliated accounts and websites. If not I will take the necessary legal steps to have this done.

  On Dec 7, 2024, I reviewed my personal information on Fastbackgroundcheck.com. I did not pay for a full report. A lot of the information is incorrect, relatives, places I've lived. Other personal information is very damaging to my business as a notary. I do not want people knowing where I live and do not want people stealing my identity or home. I have requested an opt-out on the site. An email link was sent to me to opt-out in 72 hours, but it's a loop email that does not give you the option to complete the opt-out at all. It's confusing and misleading. It also violates my rights. I understand that some information is public.

I would like FastBackgroundCheck to remove all of my personal, professional and family background information and online databases, and any searchable social media links are taken down from the website www.fastbackgroundcheck.com effective 12/02/2024. In addition, FastBackgroundCheck has no right to make my personal and family background information searchable via public or private domains without written consent. Publishing or disclosing Personal Identification Information (PII) without consent is against federal, state, and local laws and a violation of my civil rights. FastBackgroundCheck has put my personal and family safety and security at risk.
