  The company was responsive to the 60 day refund timeframe. I am notifying my fellow tinnitus sufferers to not waste the time to order and then have to spend time getting your refund. I have spoken with several hearing / audiology professionals that support that there is NO medicine or supplement that helps with this condition. I had to try for my self. I urge everyone to not waste time or money. This product is merely snake oil. The company ought to be investigated for their false promises of help with a very troubling condition. Giving 1 star only because they honored their refund policy without the usual headaches.

  It is true do not buy it I also get 6 bottles hoping will work but do not work at all, if you thinking to buy do not wasting your money.

  I watched the video on Quietum Plus because I have ringing in my ears. I ordered three bottles to just try it, them they offered me six bottles at the same price, so instead I ordered the six. I received two orders. Three and six. When I clicked on the six, I assumed that canceled out the three. It did not. I receive nine bottles. I started taking them and every time I did, I vomited. Thinking it was just me, I took them for five days, and vomited every time for five days. I called Clickbank and was told I can send them back but, I have to send an email to Quietum Plus to ask for a refund, which I tried. No email I sent them would go through I tried emailing ********** and that also would not go through. I feel I have been royally scammed. How do I get a refund. I am not sending them back until I get a confirmation from them because they will get the product back and sell it to the nest sucker. Is there a way I can get my money back for all? $369.00.

  I watched the video on this product, was going to purchase but decided I should speak to my doctor first. This company has called me many time to follow up and *** asked them to stop calling me. They have called me FIVE times today and Ive continuously told them to stop calling me. They kept asking for a reason and I told them they dont need a reason, they need to stop calling as *** asked repeatedly over the last couple of weeks. On the fifth call I finally said they need to stop calling me and its harassment at this point. Hopefully throwing harassment out there will get them to stop. It also seems suspicious to me that they call from different numbers that have my local area code when theyre not located in my area code area. I definitely wont be buying from them now.

  Useless product. Scam. Used for 6 months without absolutely any improvement.Be aware, while the offer 60 day money back guarantee, in the same document they also recommend that you use the product for a minimum of 3 months (aka, 90 days) as it will likely take that long to see an effect. So what use is the money back guarantee.I follow the manufacturers recommendation because I desperately want to get rid of my Tinnitus, but in doing so, ******** the 60 day guarantee. And in fact I used it for 6 months without any impact at all. Nothing. Tried to at least get some refund, even if not all, and it is nothing.Stupid me for not reading the find print, I should have just given up 50 days to get my $300 back.

  ***** Scam Scam Scam. 0 stars I was suckered in and bought it. I have taken two capsules every day for 3 months. Not one single clam this video makes is ********** your money. Hopefully someone will *** the s*** out of them. It's sad what the world has become. But really, what is any different there will always be a sucker and this time it was me.

  Only reason I give this 'product' even a one star is that it did arrive in the time stated. Took this 'product' daily for over 90 days, did absolutly nothing to quite the tinnitus. I truly believe the sole reason this 'product' was devised was to be a transfer device... Transferring money from those afflicted with tinnitus to the pockets of those who own this shady drug company. Sad.

  I bought 9 bottles for less than $400. After 60 days with no improvement what so ever I started to call them and email them. After probably 6 emails, and I started getting mad, I got a reply that if I would keep the bottles they would give me 50% of my money back....and they did. So don't get discouraged, keep bugging them till they respond!. I feel for all you people that have also gotten scammed by these scumbags!

  For the amount of money I spent for the 6 months treatment, no changes during that period of time total waste of money. Buyer beware I should have known better myself. Do not waste your money on it
