    I decided that this might not be a good product to take because of other health issues that I am having and contacted the company to request a refund. In addition, they had not sent the e-books at time of purchase. They refused to assist me with a refund.

    This company advertises relief from or cure for tinnitus. In its promotional video it clearly states full relief/cure may take longer than recommended 3-6 month supply. Coaches call after original purchase strongly recommending 18 month supply of 3 products, saying nothing about return/refund issues if product doesnt work within 60 day return policy. I tried to give products ample time to work (5months). I was soundly rebuffed; Each product is covered by a 60 day money back guarantee. We stand behind the quality of our products which is why we offer this comprehensive guarantee. !!! This is NOT comprehensive if they CALL YOU and SELL you 18 months worth of product!!!

    Based on the overwhelming complaints of other dissatisfied buyers I am refusing *** delivery of a recent order; item 296-HRMSPT-112, Quietum Plus, quantity 3, costing $191.16. Hoping to pursue a refund through either a class action or personal complaint via BBB.

    We just spent ******* that a sales person convinced us that there was a shortage an we needed to act immediately an in order to make it work correctly needed 18 months worth of 4 different medication we received 2 of the 4 ordered with no instructions on how to take them left several messages we would like to return them an not take these I cant believe I was fooled by this person an taken advantage I have receipt for 4 different medication 18 bottles each now Im afraid after reading reviews this is a scam. If they would call or give more information it might help but no answer to the phone that was given an there is no email on the site no way to contact

    I purchased 6 bottles of Quietum Plus for eliminating my tinnitus January 13, 202, for $320.47. After my purchase I received a phone call to upsell me on a complimenting product, which I declined and was told I had a satisfaction guarantee on the Quietum Plus for a 100% refund if the Quietum did not work to resolve my tinnitus. Just keep the unused bottles to send back and a refund will be issued. The Quietum did not work, I have the unused bottles to return. I have sent several emails asking for a refund. The response I received asked me to give them purchase info, which I did. Their next response was to notify me my complaint had been resolved. 'What?' I responded back that I did not receive a refund. I then received another email back thanking me for my patience and to look for a response in my 'spam' file. I did, but no response from them! Hence this complaint to the BBB to help resolve my issue with a company that does not deal honestly with its customers. I appreciate your assistance in this matter very much, thank you.

    Quietum Plus does not work. Took it for the recommended time and because I was two weeks past the return date they would not refund my money. Took it daily as recommended and it did not work! Do not buy! Its a scam!

    I've been using quietem plus for almost a month. The ringing in my ear is about half as loud as it used to be. Sometimes I don't even notice it. Sometimes I don't hear it at all. My tinnitus was so bad it was starting to rule my life. I'm very happy with this product and look forward to using it for two more months and am praying for similar results in the future.

    If I could put zero stars I would have. After listening to your hour long infomercial that I fell for I bought a three month supply which I have taken for 60days plus without any results in fact the ringing has worsened. Shame on this company for its false advertising you pry on people that have a terrible problem and get their hopes up for a solution. The BBB reviews are something I didnt see until today which makes me realize I was taken advantage of and feel quite foolish for falling for that fake bs commercial.I want for a full refund $170 plus. I hope that you take this product off the market and stop misleading people and btw tinnitus isnt even named on the bottle! Big red flag!
