Placed order late at night on 7/13 after watching video. Thought the 2nd deal for the 12 offered would ***lace the first one for the 3+3. When I realized it didn't I immediately called to cancel early morning 7/14. The order had not shipped and did not have a tracking # applied to it as the ** *** pointed out. See below. Within an hour I got a call from a salesperson trying to sell me 2 other products!!! My elderly mother was lured by a ******** ad promising to quiet the noise in her ears. She took some little quiz or questionnaire to incorrectly "diagnose" that she had tinnitus. Then, she read on the ***** website that taking 6 bottles of this dietary supplement would CURE her tinnitus. Being a stroke victim and having dementia, she is medically directed not to take any supplements or OTC meds. But, since Skaal was promising to cure the noise in her ears, she bought the recommended 6 bottles for $300. After getting a fraud alert, there was absolutely no way to contact this business except by a contact form on the website. As a result, I could not stop the supplement from shipping or my mother from being charged. After an appt., the doctor confirmed she had hearing loss and no amount of supplements would cure the noise from the hearing loss. After 5 days, I got a response from ***** and it was too late as the product had shipped. Now, the Assisted Living it trying to intercept the package to return it to sender in hopes of preventing my mom from interfering with her medication or causing her another stroke from the excess vitamins. This company is a complete scam and targets the elderly and injured.Business Response

I think there is a confusion about the name of the product. Our product name is Quietum Plus, and the customer is talking about a different one with a similar name offered by a different company.
There is no order made for our product by the customer that filed the complaint.

On 3/28/25 I placed an order for Quieton from Skall order # SK3188 paying $177.00 for 3 bottles, in an attempt to get relief from tinnitus. I took the product for 60 days. The product had an 90 day money back guarantee. On 5/20/25 I contacted their online customer service advising the product did not work and I inquired on the return process for a refund. I received, what appeared to be a system generated response, stating they were analyzing my request carefully and would be in touch request#****. I then followed up on 5/20 again requesting the status on refund policy, no response, 5/23/24 again I sent another request which went unanswered and again today 5/28 and no response. This is a scam and I dont want anyone else to fall prey to this Please help in securing my refund.Business Response

They rejected the request using a series of made-up reasons.BBB should have a warning for others. I did not check with BBB first, . . . We were in touch with the customer, and the refund was issued from our end, however, the customer changed his credit card without our knowledge and the refund bounced back.
We informed the customers about the next steps needed to be taken, and to get in touch with our payment processor for them to issue the refund to a different credit card.

My husband has terrible tinnitus and saw ad for Sonus Complete and all the success they have had. Placed a small order for Sonus complete for husband to try. Next day **** *****, lead consultant, called me to explain the need to get 18 months of the Sonus Complete, Aqua Peace and Quietum plus. Needed to get that amount because of length of time my husband had tinnitus issue and the company sometimes runs out of product. Ordered the three supplements on 1/7/25. I asked about the 60 days and if that starts the day you order it. **** said when you receive it. I received only part of the order a week later. Called **** and said the one other supplement is delayed in transit due to weather. **** said to start taking supplements when I receive all. Had all supplements on 1/31/25 and called Company and spoke to ****** an associate, and asked her to document receipt of supplements. Now I called the company today, 3/31:25, and told associate that I wanted to make arrangements to return supplements since they didnt work. My husband kept a journal on each day of taking supplements and Blood pressure went up and ringing in ears got worse but he proceeded with the 60 days. So associate told me I was 4 days too late to get a refund. It was exactly 60 days the day I called!! I paid $1968! I couldnt speak to anyone else except send an email to customer service. I would have gladly paid this money if it worked but it didnt. We are talking almost $2000 that I am out of and have a whole tote full of useless supplements. In my email I offered to pay for the supplements my husband used. This is very sad and bad business.Business Response

I ordered Quietum Plus for relief of my tinnitus. However shortly after taking it, a few days later, I ended up in the ** with strong contractions in my back that just about doubled me over. I suspected this supplement as I'd never had these before and it was the only thing that had changed recently. When I discontinued use, they went away. Ordered 6 months supply as suggested, 6 bottles with 30 pills in each. Started taken them as directed, after 90 days no results. After watching the Quietum Plus internet video, I decided to try the product for my Tinnitus. There was a high sales push to order at least a three month supply because that's the average time needed to see results. They also offered significant savings, for the more you ordered. Plus, future stock shortages were explained in what sounded like a threat to be sure to order enough now, or suffer the possibility of running out of product which could cause tinnitus to return.1) I mention all of this because it was an overload of information that continued, even after I received my product. I had to block emails because I was receiving several each week, trying to get me to purchase more product and different products unrelated to my original order.2)The Quietum didn't stop my tinnitus, and I think the increase in supplements was partly to blame for a sudden weight gain. I had used 2 bottles and decided to stop taking the product.3) I called Quietum Plus, now also refered to as *********** to find out if I could return the product for the guarenteed refund. I was told, "yes", and to be sure the return shipped to ******, ***, with a copy of my original order confirmation, and call 4 - 7 days later to give the tracking number.4) Now I had to deal with Help Grid (another new name). After all this, I was told that my product was returned too late; that their system will not allow refunds for product returned after 60 days. I asked why I was told to pay shipping and return the product, but they had no answer. All I'm requesting is the full refund that they guaranteed in the video. Yes, I was 2 weeks past the 60 days, but this cumbersome process, numerous company names and phone numbers, and employees that aren't clear on policies has added up to a horribly frustrating experience.Business Response

I returned 6 bottles of Quietum supplements because they didnt work for me and they reached out stating that they couldnt refund because it was past the deadline for return so I asked them to return the bottles and they are saying they cant do that. The customer reached out to us on January 22nd to request a refund and informed us of the fact that the product has been returned back to **, however, the 60 days warranty period had already ended in July 2024.
After the customer was informed that a refund was no longer possible because they reached out after the 60 days money back guarantee ended, they requested for the bottles to be returned back to them, however, it is not possible to send the bottles back once they've been returned.
Regardless, a refund was issued to satisfy the customer and a refund confirmation email was also send to their email address.
