2/8/2024 I see this is a scam now that I looked at BBB. Should have befr but they tricked me into ordering 4 bottles of this stuff. After hour listening to cure I finally got offer for one bottle at 69$. I give all info and next screen says I can get a discount if order 3 bottles at 29$ each. I figure that's worth it say yes and next screen asks if I accept 1 bottle at 69 AND 3 Bottles at 87. The only option allowed is YES. I DID NOT PRESS YES. I BACKED OUT OF ORDER FIGURING WHOLE ORDER WOULD BE CANCELLED.(AS IT SAYS DONT BACK OUT) Next thing I know I'm billed for 4 bottles! I immediately email them and befr they even respond the order ships. They do respond but just keep saying I have to pay or pay to return these bottles. I am not paying anything when I did not agree to any of this being shipped. They need to change their process to allow for a NO response and not just ship without acceptance.Sorry I'm such an idiot for even listening to this scam. The company ran a piece on social media offering a product that brings relief to people suffering from tinnitus. They advertised a money-back guarantee if not satisfied. After using the product for 3 weeks with no results, I contacted the company multiple times regarding getting my money back. I have gotten no response from them.Business Response

I responded to a ****** Plus online infomercial (a dietary supplement to fix/heal/stop Tinnitus).You'll see, in bold letters, "60-Day Money Back Guarantee" on the attached "Order Page" uploaded.I'll give it a try...I purchased a 30-day supply of the product hoping it would work as advertised.I took them all as directed.Nothing happened.I requested a full refund -- attached, you'll see their response.Not exactly forthcoming with the money-back guarantee.I declined and, for good measure, opened a dispute thru Discover on 11/3/23.Regardless of the obvious, Discover took their side.This explanation, backed by the uploaded copies are enough...I want to trust companies backed by ClickBank and take leaps of faith on promising-looking products online, also knowing a reputable credit card company like Discover has my back.I've kept most, and returned a few others.But now I'm not so sure...Instead, this has become a warning worth spreading.Business Response

Each and every purchase has a 60-day money-back guarantee period in which the customer need to return the purchased product to our warehouse for a full refund.
Mr. *************************** did not returned the bottle to our warehouse but instead opened a chargeback dispute having the transaction frozen by his bank.
At this point, from our end we cannot issue the refund because of the dispute placed.
We will contact ************** ******** directly to inform him to contact his bank as they are the only ones that can assist him with the refund at this point.

They wanted me to return the bottle for a 50% refund.The bottle was empty -- I had taken all the supplements as directed,
but nothing happened.What kind of customer services demands an empty bottle?

However, at this point, we are going to settle the dispute by sending him the check with the amount paid for our product.

On March 27, 2023 I ordered some product from this company. They said they had a 60 day moneyback guarantee. I initiated a refund request on May 17, 2023. I have an email stating that they were going to refund my money. They have not done so and they have been ignoring my requests. This appears to be a total scam as the product didnt do anything to address the issues it was supposed to.Business Response

Ordered 3/22/23, received 2 weeks later, started taking 2nd week of April directions said take for 6 weeks to see results and no results so I took 3 more weeks with no results then I sent email to no avail because they said guarantee is for 60 days from purchase. At this point I just want to report this product as a scam. It seems odd that the bad reviews are pretty well hidden.Business Response

On 4/1223 I made an online purchase from a company called Quietum plus.
They advertise relief of tinnitus a uncomfortable noise.
I charged my visa for the purchase and have emailed the company about the status of my order and some questions. I receive generic responses. In further review it appears this product/company is likely a scam.
This company appears to be taking advantage of people in despair living with tinnitus and needs to demonstrate accountability.

I purchased three bottles of a product that would help with tendonitis, I used the product for over 30 days and I did not see any results. In the advertisement it states that if after 30days the product does not work money back guranteed. I have reached to them via email at quietumplus.com I have not received a response. I only reached out to them one time. I paid a total amount of ****** and I would like my money back.
