    They denied my claims that occurred within the warranty period. I will never use them again.

    We reached out to the customer, ****, and gave her an additional day (above and beyond the initial period) to submit the required invoices. We did not receive any information from the customer, so the claim is still denied. We require documentation of proof in order to approve claims, as per the ****************** outlined in our programs. If these terms are not met, we cannot approve the claim.

    Sonsio's comment refers to a second claim for $20, which is a waste of my time to file. My BBB complaint is referring to the first tire that warranted replacement according to ******* which Sonsio denied to even allow me to file a claim.

    After further review, the customer had a tire repaired on 8/26/2022 at an out-of-network facility. The customer then took the vehicle to the ****** dealership for a tire rotation, which is when the ****** dealer found the repair was done in the shoulder of the tire (an improper repair). The customer then tried to file a claim for the replacement of that tire. She was informed that we would not be able to cover the replacement of the tire since it was being replaced due to an improper repair.

    First of all, if a shoulder repair isn't the industry standard, how am I to know that as a person who doesn't work in the industry? Secondly, if the location of that road hazard warranted a replacement tire instead of a repair, shouldn't we be replacing that tire under my Sonsio warranty? A Sonsio representative told me I could take the vehicle to an out-of-network facility because I was out of state and the local dealership could not see me for three days. As this was my only vehicle, which was used daily for highway driving, I was obligated to handle the situation quickly for safety reasons. I took the car to a reputable establishment that has been in business for forty-three years. As best I can tell, I did my part to comply with Sonsio's requirements. To circle back to my second point, your comment states you won't cover the replacement of the tire since it's being replaced due to an improper repair. That's not true. It should be replaced because there was a s**** in the shoulder, which happened during the warranty period.

    i bought a "ding" plan when I purchased my new car. When I had pebble/stone thrown by truck that chipped my windshield, Safelight was dispatched to my home for repair. 2018 Car is 4 yrs old and while still under warranty of plan, has accumulated SEVERAL dings. I called number on plan card, was immediately helped by ********** He set up appointment for me to have fixed at dealership. Dropped off, given time frame of completion. Picked up at designated time. Whomever was the local repair agent did a FANTASTIC job. Took "before" pictures to compared with completed work. Can't find the dings. Oct. 2022 The whole process from ********** to completed work was hassle free. Would highly recommend service, since everyday mishaps occur on our vehicles.

    I had a door ding in my new Macan. I worked with Ken who was fantastic to deal with. He worked hard to make sure that a convenient appointment was set up and my vehicle was quickly back to looking brand new. Ken followed up to make sure I was taken care of.
