5 starsI reside in Southern ********** and received a citation from CHP in March 2023 for a carpool violation and tinted windows, which cost me $651.00. I saw the getdismissed ads that state they can help with vehicle violations and thought, it might be a scam. I took a ****** and contacted GetDismissed.com, provided them with the information related to my citation. Not too long after, they sent me a well detailed defense document (Trial by Written Declaration) that I signed and mailed to the courthouse on the first week of June 2023. I just received a notice from the courthouse (dated 7/21/23) stating that I was found not guilty and will be getting a $651.00 refund within 60 days. I highly recommend using GetDismissed.com.
