With phone call they answered my questions quickly and straight to the point same with the emails. I am still waiting for a ************** and they even help me with that as well and they will help me if I need to extend the court date. Excellent Service. 4 starsI was not happy at 1st, the initial phone call was with a salesman. It was obvious he couldn't answer my questions about the service, he had to make the sale. I was in a tight spot so I just went ahead and paid. Once I paid everything was easy and convenient. They we're very helpful and kind. The best part is that Getdismissed helped me beat the ticket!
