1 star? 1 Star (would give 0 if possible)**SCAM ALERT. STAY AWAY FROM ************* / GETDISMISSED.COM.**This company **preys on vulnerable people** who receive traffic tickets and are desperately searching for a simple solution. They lure you in with promises of legal help, but **theres NO legal advice whatsoever**they just give you generic, pre-filled forms that you could easily find for free online. Thats it. No expertise, no help, just a glorified PDF delivery service.I tried to cancel the service **literally seconds** after signing up. But good luck**youll get the classic runaround.** Youll be told you have to talk to *****, who, conveniently, is **always in a meeting.** I wasted **five hours** last year trying to cancel before finally filing a dispute with my ********* forward to this year**a full year later**I suddenly get a **fraud alert** from my bank: **GetDismissed.com hit me with a $69 charge.** They will claim that I signed up for this annual ticket protections service. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? I wanted my money back last year but still wanted an annual subscription!?! SCAMMERS! I didnt want to cancel my card (because of all my other subscriptions), so I called them again. This time, ****** assured me the charge would be reversed. Guess what? A week later, the charge **went through anyway.**Filed another claim. Got a new debit card this time to stop them permanently. Absolute headache.***** will probably respond to this with their usual **copy-paste nonsense** about how the customer is confused. Amazing how **no other company** seems to have such a confused customer base. Almost like its not the customersits YOU.Bottom line: **Never. Ever. Give these people your credit card.** Stay far away.Getdismissed.com

Again just like your posts on other review services, you are posting inaccurate information because you have been negligent and want to blame other people for your own mistakes. We are not a scam, we have been providing a valid service to driver's with traffic tickets for over 20 years and tens of thousands of tickets in **. We only charge authorized customers and charges.P. YOU WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE MY CARD $69. I SPOKE TO LAST YEAR TO CANCEL THE SERVICE HOURS AFTER I PAID FOR IT. THUS, IT MAKES NO SENSE THAT I WOULD AGREE TO BE CHARGED THE FOLLOWING YEAR FOR THE SAME SERVICE. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE. THERE ARE DOZENS OF REVIEWS THAT MAKE THE SAME CLAIM. 5 starsI got a ticket for not stopping for a right on red and use of horn because the driver in front of me wasnt going anywhere. I called the GetDismissed, follow their instructions, prepared my statement and submitted it. I paid $719.00 for the ticket, but with the help of this company my case was fully dismissed and I am awaiting my refund.Getdismissed.com
