5 starsFirst time using this service and still awaiting a decision from court. Officer claimed I ran a stop sign although I had stopped properly. Process and all the paperwork was very simple and user friendly with helpful email and text reminders.

Followed the directions after uploading my ticket on the app. Few days after sending the documents ONE WEEK prior to the ticket due date (this is important!), I received a letter stating that my ticket was dismissed and refund of the post bail amount will be sent. 5 starsVery helpful staff. I was issued a speeding ticket and after contacting GetDismissed and following their procedure and sending in the paperwork, I was found not guilty and my ticket was dismissed! This saved me $365 plus having to go to traffic school or points on my license.Getdismissed.com

5 starsI was very skeptical and uncomfortable at the start. I even called them back almost immediately, asking for a refund and cancellation. If it wasn't for one of their agents' honesty and explanation of the process, I would have, and I am glad I didn't. The staff were very friendly and professional, even when I wasn't. Whenever I needed a change in the defense letter, it was done within minutes. In the end, the ticket was dismissed, although the process took a few months. But that is how the court system works; you just have to trust and patiently wait.Getdismissed.com
