  I had never filed a Trial by Written Declaration. Before so I did not know how to do it. They requested the information from me and quickly came back with a defense package that was worth the money. Lets be clear, they dont guarantee youll be dismissed, but theres a chance you will and they help you assemble the case. I reached out to them a couple of times with inquiries and some additions edits, and they were quick to respond, call me back, and make they changes to my satisfaction. They are no lawyers, so dont expect them to represent you in court.

  Very bad business operation.-I got over charged when I paid for their services. (His name is ****)-They change the way they treated me as a customer after I called for the extra charges refund.(A lady answered the phone.)-**** didn't want to guide me through the process and figure out what they sent me through their website.-The other lady was inconsiderate and didn't help me with any question or information I need. She didn't want to guide me the through the paperwork and the signatures, she said it's not part of their job.I called her after I submitted my defense to the court to follow up on my status. She said it will take 3 months and we should both receive documents from the court.- The court sent my paperwork back because I was missing pages and I need to sign them within 60 days and I didn't get them on time because,I didn't check my mail which is my family address 1 and half drive and I didn't want to bother my sister in low to keep checking for me because she is dealing with Cancer recently. so i received my letter late .And I was relying on Getdissmissed to keep me informed like the lady told me.Because they didn't update me and because they had never helped with the paperwork.My case was closed, and now I don't qualify for traffic school and my insurance is going up.When a company is helping any person or customer with their driving **********************, this is serious business and big responsibility, and any mistake or lack of help can affect someone's life.-They tried to pressure me to buy yearly membership, because I didn't, they started playing games.-it's not appropriate to send early emails to get reviews especially before you even start working on someone's case or before the job is done. there is a process for good reviews.I hope the Business owner or manager at Getdissmissed not to respond to this review.Just fix your problem and be nice to the next customer and do what you promised to do rather than looking good online and $$$.

  Sounds to me like you did not follow our instructions to submit your trial by written declaration properly with the bail check per our instructions we provided you. Tens of thousands of people have done this correctly over the last 19 years but you did not. Unfortuanately, we cannot take the blame for your own negligence.

  So far so good. Ticket bust was professional, friendly and fast. I got a speeding ticket in another state. I wasnt sure what to do. I am so lucky I found ticketbust online and applied. Shortly after they contacted me, described the process and helped me make the payment. Hoping my ticket gets dismissed if it doesnt I was advised traffic school is included with ticketbust.
