They prey on the lower income disabled veteran elderly took 12 dollars out of my account without consent then proceeded to send me a phone as to which i needed to comply within the lifeline rules i cancelled my phone provider and now i have no service unless i pay more it's a misjustice and god dont like ugly i dont know what to do besides prayBusiness Response

I needed a govt phone so I went to a booth in *** and was asked to log in to my OKDHS benefits account to prove eligibility. I was given a BLU G33 cell phone. Within a week I had problems with the phone's software crashing and saw that my address was wrong on the account, not a typo, a different address and city. I went back to my old provider. Last week I started getting emails from Cintex Wireless informing me that they were changing to AirTalk. Cintex is out of CA and I can see no legal reason why my info including my SSN might be connected to them except fraud. I didn't spend money on this phone but I did spend a lot of time dealing with these issues still don't know if my identity was stolen and used for illegals in **.Business Response

I received a tablet that I paid for on December 23,2023. On March 29,2024, $50.00 was sent for a replacement tablet because the tablet got broken. They contact me weekly and I request continuation of services pending receipt of my replacement tablet which is still delinquent (though they continue to bill the government for services).Business Response
