    I paid more money for a Sunday delivery and here it is Tuesday and they're still not delivered but yet they're keeping all the money and not delivering the product. I think they should pay me delivery fee and all of it and At this

    Bought flowers for my wife for mother's day. They didn't deliver anything, then 2 days later they told me they would be canceling the order. Very poor buisness.

    I placed an order for flowers to be delivered, same day delivery on 5/12/2024 (Mother's Day). That evening, I received a text message saying my order was rescheduled to be delivered the next day. I tried calling customer service but there was nobody who picked up. As a result, I left a voicemail, but nobody called me back. The next day, I sent an email stating that I wanted to cancel my order to the email address listed on their website but still have not received a response. I have also tried leaving additional voicemails but have not received any responses. When I finally got through to someone at the business, it was because I called the number to place an order, but even then, they said it would not be possible to transfer me and redirected me back to their customer service number. Overall, the business is not trying to resolve the issue and issue a refund for an order that I am trying to cancel. This business very much seems like a scam which I wish I had realized before placing an order.

    5/9/24 I ordered flowers for both my mother and mother-in-law to be delivered on Mother's Day 5/12/24. No delivery to either one yet charged me $61.97 x 2. I then I noticed they charged me a third time on 5/13/24 for $61.97 again!! It costs .95 for each transaction as well so it's a total of $188.76! I want that total amount back plus for the embarrassment! Never doing business with them again!

    I went to place an order with this company on Saturday, May 11, 2024 to have flowers delivered to my mom in **. When I did this they said it wasnt available after they had me enter my cc information. I have tried numerous times to contact someone regarding this. And no response. I was never sent an email. I am demanding my money back. They never sent me any email to confirm an order was placed.

    I am rejecting this response because: when I originally placed the order online with the company, the information stated that it could not be completed. I had to go to its parent company to order flowers for my mom which cost me $108. Just flowers stated that I would not be charged. I did not take a screenshot as I took it that this would not be charged to my account. I attempted to contact Just Flowers that day and everyday there after with NO callback or response.

    Mother's Day Weekend Delivery Policy

    Friday Deliveries are available in most cities for Mothers Day. If we are unable to deliver on Friday and the order is going to a residence, then the order will be scheduled for Saturday. Deliveries are available in most cities on Saturday and Sunday in the ***. If we are unable to make your Sunday delivery and time permits, we will deliver the gift on Saturday.     I am rejecting this response because: per what your response was, I did not approve this. You stated that if a Mother's Day order could not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday that it would not be delivered until Monday. This was not the case in this matter. Even after attempting to contact Just Flowers SEVERAL times on Saturday, Sunday (Mother's Day, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday after Mother's Day, with NO RESPONSE to rectify and get a refund because I had to order flowers from *** to have flowers sent to my mom on Mother's Day.  The florist you sent the order to DID NOT deliver said flowers until 2pm on the Tuesday after Mother's Day. That florist is located in **********, ***

     

    This still goes against what your policy is. I am still requesting a refund due to the fact that I had to spend $120 with *** for a smaller bouquet to have something sent to my mom. I ordered via *** 5 minutes after your site told me that they could not get an order to my mom period. Your site did not give any time period and left me to believe that the order did not go through until I checked my checking account balance.  *** contacted a florist in *************, ** and was able to have flowers delivered to my mom that next day, Sunday (Mother's Day). That said florist had also deliver flowers to my mom from my brother via ***.

     

    I also know that Just Flowers is under the *** umbrella. As a small business owner that works in several states, I understand how important customer service is.

    This order was delivered. 

    This order was placed online through our website on 5/11/2024 at 2:40 PM local time for delivery on the same day. However, given that this was a weekend for a major flower holiday, Mother's Day, most of the local shops were already fully booked for orders placed even earlier that week for the said occasion; no one could fill the order. Following our website's policy on delayed deliveries, the order was rescheduled for delivery on the next available day and the customer was notified via email about the delay. The florist confirmed the delivery on the rescheduled date, 05/14/2024 at 02:01 PM.

    We absolutely deny this chargeback filed by customer for full refund. We cannot issue full refund or cancel order that has been successfully delivered. All our policies are posted on our website where the customer placed the order. Nevertheless, we will still honor a $10.00 refund for the delay should she consider it.  If the customer accepts a partial credit of $10 back to his credit/debit card,  the customer can call us back after we win the dispute.

    Delayed Deliveries
    For residential, hospitals, and nursing home deliveries, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, the delivery will be attempted the next day. During major flower holidays like *********** and Mother's Day deliveries may be made as late as 9p.m. For business deliveries, if the recipient is not there, the business is closed, or there is a delay in the delivery, then the delivery will be attempted the next business day. Please note: the florist may call the recipient to schedule the delivery.

    Weekend Deliveries
    Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the ***. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

    I am rejecting this response because: as I have stated a number of times, the florist and Just Flowers were unavailable for communication. I attempted numerous times to cancel this delivery as I had to go to FTD to have my flowered delivered. PER Just Flowers website, they would be delivering on Sunday (Mothers Day). This was not the case. The flowers were delivered on Tuesday.

     

    No one at Just Flowers would return messages or answer the phone to have the order canceled. I attempted on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday to reach someone at Just Flowers, hence why this has escalated to BBB due to POOR customer service response. 

    I did everything per Just Flowers website to cancel the order. In fact, I did this within 5 minutes. There is NO reason why Just Flowers pushed through an order when they refused to call back a customer that does not want an order because they are (Just Flowers) is unable to make an order deliverable as promised.

Just an FYI, the bank is USAA. Many many military and family members of one of the largest financial institutions in the ***

    Ordered Mothers Day flowers to my best friend. Got a text saying the order could not be delivered. The order would be delivered next day. Gave them the benefit of doubt and had my friends husband home all day for 2 days waiting to recieve the flowers so they wouldn't be left outside. Nothing ever came. Up until now 830am two days later no flowers have arrived. I left instructions that the flowers were NOT to be left outside and to be handed to someone. Or to call if no one answered. And now they are STILL trying to say that the order was delivered. No it was not!! As seen from the messages to my best friends husband nothing was ever delivered.

    I recently ordered an arrangement of flowers for my mother in law who lives far away from me. The website had great detail and promise of delivering by Mothers Day. I ordered on Friday may 10. On Saturday i noticed the delivery date had been changed from Sunday (Mothers Day) to Saturday . No big deal . However it was not delivered Saturday . Also was not delivered Sunday. And now today not delivered . Contacted the company by phone multiple times with promise call backs but received not one phone call back. Because of the inconsistency Monday morning I knew business was bad with them so I ordered flowers from another business who delivered within 3 hours . I expect my money back as Mothers Day has passed already. These people are scammers and although I read horrible reviews I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to desperation of flower delivery. Now I cant seem to get a live person at all on the phone . Complete bad service and waste of money !

    My order was also not delivered on updated date as was told nor on the actual date it was supposed to be delivered. I have called and not have gotten in touch with anybody on the phone. Only anutomated messages. I have not received a response in regards to a refund nor to what happened today as far as my order. I also never received an email confirming my purchase to provide however was still charged for the service (will be provided below). This has been a horrible experience as a customer and a clear sign of unprofessionalism across the board even on the simple basis of communication. I have not spoken with a single person no matter what number I call of leave a voicemail. Also even through this all I believe they only offer a credit to the store which is unacceptable. I would like not to do business with this company ever however was full charged for the service.

    I ordered from Just Flowers to have flowers delivered to my mother for mothers day. I ordered Saturday 11th and the order was to be delivered Sunday 12th. The flowers was not delivered. They promised and guaranteed Monday 13th. Still not delivered. I have been calling for hours trying to get through. I finally got through and was put on hold then I was hang up on.     I ordered flowers on May 11, 2024 for Mother's Day.Was told same day delivery.Received text that flowers couldn't be delivered will try Sunday.Sunday came, received same text flowers couldn't be delivered.
