      I order a specific plant that was advertised on their website for my wife's birthday. I ordered it one month in advance. On the afternoon of my wife's birthday, Just Flowers called me to tell me they could not deliver it that day and asked if the next day was acceptable. Obviously I had no choice but to say ok. The next day they called me to say that the plant I ordered was not available, and they'd like to substitute it (with something completely different), but they would not charge me any extra! In the conversation, it came out that they never even pursued the original order until the morning of my wife's birthday. Then they said the plant was out of season and it would take 1 or 2 weeks to get it. I reminded them that I place the order a full month in advance, and it was not mu fault that they didn't do anything until the scheduled delivery date. In summary, they wanted me keep my original payment to 1.) not get the delivery on the scheduled date, 2.) not have even tried to get it until the scheduled date (again, it was advertised on their website, and 3.) deliver something totally different on the wrong date. I pointed out that they are asking me to pay, allowing them to get absolutely nothing correct! Just thought others should be made aware of my experience. Worst customer service I've ever encountered with ANY business. Ever.

      zero stars!!!!@!!! BEWARE do not use when i ordered the flowers delivery was 4/9/2024 received email at 330pm on 4/9 would not be delivered rescheduled for4/10 by 3pm still not delivered. its 3pm. i paid for express delivery. And the customer service is not in the US and read from a script. They dont have the ability to check on the order at all. i am assuming i will not get my money back or the flowers they just keep repeating "processing order for delivery mam" what does that mean.? they dont know just script reading its a joke

      The flowers never came arranged in a vase. They came in a package with the vase set separately.My fianc had to arrange them at her job. This is so ridiculous after paying over $140 to they come up with this ****.I am never ordering from them again

      *******************************, right under the picture of the arrangement on the website, it states: "These may be shipped in box or florist delivered" Also, you paid $86.99 for two dozen roses, not $140.

      Ordered flowers for a funeral with a specific delivery date. Received an email from them that delivery was delayed but would be delivered before the viewing. Nothing there. Called them and they stated delivered was guaranteed to be there by day of funeral. They were not delivered. Called them again and they said that flowers were not delivered and apologized. This was very embarrasing for me. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

      *************************, unfortunately. All of the local shops in that area were unresponsive over Easter weekend. We went over this with you and offered to re-route your order to a residential address for the family but you insisted on cancellation instead which has already been done.

      Zero stars. I received an email inviting me to send flowers to apparently the last person I sent to.Well - that person was my mother and she is DEAD. I have received four such emails this week!!!How dare you communicate with such assumption that we can send to someone that you name and have no idea about?!! This is horrific and in EXTREMELY poor taste!Do you consider respecting people and relationships? It sure does not show!!Your emails, one a day now!!, are shockingly insensitive and cause a lot of pain. I advise you to reword such outrageously presumptuous marketing communications - this is unthinkable and absolutely horrible, frankly. Who is your marketing manager?Additionally, more than a year ago I requested my email be deleted from your files, apparently that was not even honored. This behavior is unacceptable on so many levels.I advise no one to use JustFlowers because at some time in your future you too will be hurt by their appallingly insensitive communications.Furthermore, there is no listing of management to communicate with. Horrible emails!!!!

      Paid for an express delivery by 1p. They didnt deliver until almost 4. They delivered the wrong arrangement. Wrote a Yelp review describing having called 3 times inquiry about delivery update. They said the tried to reach the Florist (4 times). They couldnt tell me who they were calling and it didnt make sense no answer. She had the nerve to tell me they were probably out doing deliveries. My yelp review requested a full refund. Of course I havent heard from them yet

      ***WARNING*** STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM I wish I would have seen these BBB reviews BEFORE we ordered anything from them. We ordered flowers at the last minute for a funeral (next day delivery) and some flowers were delivered but not anything like the picture of what we ordered. We are into the order for $137.47 A ******************* arrangement ($104.99), Handling ($10.49), Shipping or Service ($21.99) They did deliver some flowers in time for the funeral but they delivered a horrible looking daisy arrangement, nothing like what we ordered. I wish we could leave pictures with these reviews because the flowers were hideous. It's not really the cost that we were not happy with. We were expecting to pay a premium for last minute delivery but the arrangement was very disappointing and the customer service is horrible. I wish I could leave a "0" review!!!***STAY AWAY***

      ****, we didn't receive ********'s funeral order for Sunday until Saturday afternoon at 2:59 PM CDT when all but one of the local shops had closed up for the weekend and they filled the order as closely as possible with what they had available in the shop for a last-minute order.

      They held my flowers hostage trying to shake me down for more money the day of my flower delivery. I ordered the flowers days ahead of time. I agreed to pay what they asked. Handling and delivery was included. The day of scheduled delivery they told me I needed to pay more in order for the flowers to be delivered to my grandmother. This is no way to conduct a business. I will never use them again. Buyer beware! Dont use them.

      This company SUCKS!!! Please do not use JustFlowers.com for your florist orders! I ordered a $66.99 deluxe dish garden of sympathy basket with a sympathy ribbon banner (additional $9.99) for a deceased relative's funeral. This came to a total of $76.98 minus the fees which brought it to a grand total of $84.72 I attended the funeral and the basket was so small I could barely see it. The florist they used did not include the sympathy banner that I paid the additional 9.99 for. The basket was very small and flimsy and the plants were sparse. The JustFlowers.com site list 3 sizes: regular, deluxe, and premium. The flower basket on the site looked nothing like what was delivered to the funeral of my loved one. I was very, very disappointed and embarrassed. They used ***************************** ********* ************************************************************** as the florist vendor. Based on all the complaints listed on this site they are not a very good company. What they are doing amounts to false advertising. I will never use JustFlowers.com again. I sent them an email with pictures to show the sympathy dish garden basket I ordered and what I actually received. They replied back and said they would refund the $9.99. JustFlowers.com needs to hold their florist vendors accountable for the poor quality products/service they deliver to their customers. I'm only selecting a 1 star rating because I cannot rate Zero-0.
