    Was charged for the flowers in the ******* basket and additionally for a balloon for mother's day.Received check completely incorrect arrangement, no balloon and it was late.I believe I should be refunded as clearly what I received it not worth the amount I was originally charged. Tried speaking to managers and customer service and no one has been capable of understanding the issue.

    Per photo, the arrangement was filled to value. Order received on Mother's Day at 10:31 AM EDT for delivery that same day. Delivery on Sunday is not guaranteed. Order delivered on Monday, May 12th. This complaint has been filed following a discuss with our supervisor who informed you of all of this and even offered you a partial refund which you accepted. No further compensation will be issued.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Nothing offered will be acceptable. I simply accepted the refund to end the issue. It was not to my satisfaction however I refuse to entertain Idiocracy. I now understand this business is a scam after seeing multiple other similar complaints and if this business wants to run dirty, eventually someone who isn't as nice as I am will take them to court for ripping them off and fraud. In the mean time all I can do is file complaints, and share my review of this scam of a business. 

     

    To be clear, I still have not received a refund either. Pretty sure it won't be coming either considering how this "business" operates. 

     

    Good luck with the karma, I've heard it's a real pain in the ****.

    I orderd flowers to be delivered to someone on May 11th, Mothers day. They were not delivered.I called all the next day and could not reach the company. The message kept telling me to respond to the receipt email and hanging up At aprocmitly 4:30 on Monday the 12th I sent an email asking for a refund.I never received the refund *********** delivedrd the flowers several days later when the receipient was out of town and came home to dead flowers on the doorstep.I want a full refund

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wifes office on June 9, our 13th anniversary. I paid an additional fee to have them delivered to her by 1 PM before she left the office at 4 PM. The flowers were not delivered that day so I had to tell her about the delivery. It was no longer a surprise. she checked at work for the next three days and nothing ever arrived. In the meantime, I reached out to just flowers customer service and they contacted my wife as the potential recipient as well. We heard numerous excuses from the florists truck broke down to they were going to be delivered the next day. No flowers have been Delivered at this point in time. Its now a full week from our anniversary. Weve told customer service repeatedly that we no longer want the flowers we would just like a refund. At this point, it would be asinine to have flowers delivered to my wife now that shes been contacted times by customer service and waited a week for the arrangement to arrive. We are beyond disappointed with justflowers.com. We will never purchase flowers from them again. We have requested a refund multiple times. We would just like the amount we paid refund refunded

    Ordered flowers on 6/4/25 for funeral flowers to be delivered to a church for a funeral on Sunday 6/8 at 1:30. I paid almost $80 for these flowers. I did not get a call or text message until 6:30 pm, hours after the funeral ended to let me know they could not be delivered. If they did not deliver on Sun, they could have dropped them off at the church. No we look like inconsiderate idiots. I would hope to recoup my money and hope that my personal information has not been compromised.

    I ordered flowers that were guaranteed to be there on 5/11/25, Mothers Day. The flowers were not delivered. **************** said that they were delivered via a form letter. They didn't even complete the form letter to indicate day/time of delivery or person that signed got, it still had the template text. They guaranteed delivery and not only didn't meet the the timeline the product was not delivered,

    Ordered basket bouquet for Mother's day on May 6, 2025 and was guaranteed to be delivered on May 9, 2025. Was to be delivered to ******* ****** in *****, **. They were not delivered. Received a text from Just Flowers on May 10, 2025 letting me know that they were unable to deliver on Friday, May 9, with no explanation why the delay but would be delivered on Sunday, May *******, guaranteed. I called the customer service number on 5/11/2025 and after several attempts to get through, I spoke with some guy, couldn't catch his name, foreign/overseas. I was getting nowhere with him. As of May 15, 2025, I still have not heard from this company letting me know anything!

    I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, delivery on Mother's Day. I got a confirmation of the order on that day. My credit card was charged that day. On the same day in the late afternoon I received a text from the company indicating that they were unable to deliver the flowers that day and it would be rescheduled for the next day. I received this identical text 5/11/25 4:50 p.m., 5/13/25 4:11 p.m.,5/14/25 5:44 p.m. On 5/15/25 I placed a call to the customer service number ************, explaining the situation. I got the same information that the flowers would be delivered today, but that I could receive a $10 discount. I responded that I wanted a $25 discount and a guarantee they would be delivered today. I spoke to the supervisor, ***** who offered me $15 discount and delivery today, then a $20 discount, with the same guarantee. I insisted on $25 discount and delivery today or I would cancel the order and post a bad review. In all I was on hold most of 38 minutes, waiting for a response. When ***** returned, she said she was waiting for a response about providing a $25 discount and stated that they cannot deliver the product. I was lied to or misled by the website information, by the text messages that were sent to me three times, and by two customer service staff at **********************. In the end I told them to cancel the order and I indicated I would be placing a complaint and a bad review. Also, I said I needed to have my money refunded today. This company is a scam and should be made to pay for their lack of character in doing business if they are even a legitimate business.

    I purchased a flower bouquet online to be delivered to my elderly mother in a senior living home for delivery on Mothers Day. I specifically paid $26.98 in delivery fees alone for guaranteed delivery on Mothers ****** delivery on Sunday (Mothers Day)No delivery on Monday No delivery on Tuesday during business hours; delivery was Tuesday night.I repeatedly emailed, texted, called and filled out complaint forms to Just Flowers. I got many form messages saying delivery would be rescheduled for Monday. Never happened. I requested a refund on delivery fees. Denied. I requested refund on purchase. Denied. I was offered $10 off for my trouble and a discount for a future purchase. I am reporting this now fraudulent transaction to my credit card and BBB because I did not receive what I paid for within the established timeline at the of sale.

If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will set up for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and ************ Orders.     On May 7, I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, guaranteed to be delivered on *****. There was no confirmation email, so I thought that was strange, so I have no record of my order number. However they did take $72.97 from my bank account. I received a text message on May 8 saying that my selection was not available for delivery, and asked did I want the florists choice. They gave a number to call. I called them. They offered me $5.00 off for my trouble and guaranteed delivery of Moms flowers the 9th. I received no $5.00 refund and today is a full week and still no flowers. I tried calling all weekend, but no answer. Finally spoke with customer service last night. They said they will be in touch with the Beckley, WV florist and call me back today. After reading some others reviews and experiences, I feel like this business is a scam. I would like a refund of my $72.97.

    Someone from the company called and again guaranteed delivery of flowers to my mom same day or next day, Saturday or Sunday.  Today is Monday, and still no delivery.  Since someone else received my moms flowers, I cant get a refund, but they offered ***** off which still has not been credited to my account.  I would like a full refund of the ***** and not have deal with Just Flowers anymore.
