"I downloaded the swagbucks app last night on 08/28/2026, I saw an offer for getting payed for playing a game, i downloaded the game, and played for over 5 hours straight, maybe 8 hours, either way well into the morning, i then played frequently throughout the day today, but their tracking system didnt track my downloading the game or playing it, its only 20 something cents that i am misising right now, but when I tried getting to customer service because I am coming up on a $75 prize, it will be to late when they respond, it said the wait was like 7-15 days, and i only have 1 or 2 days to be eligible, also they only let you put REMOVEDyour ticket so they can't really get all the detailS. While it is not a lot of money, but I am in busy and in college and my down time is precious, I don't know if this is regular for them but its a REMOVEDon them to me, after ll I worked hard at a otherwise fairly time waisting game (its like a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1 to 10, and if they get this fixed, with a reasonable results (not messing up future prizes and giving whole awards) I will change this review to probably a 5 star review if I can, because mistakes do happen and fixing them is part of good quality, not being perfect, they aren't Jesusbucks after all."
