    Signed up for Logo and website for $500.00 the logo was given to me and is fine. The website was included in the $500 package so i did that as well. During all this i was asked if i wanted chat for $250.00 i said yes and it was installed. Got another person called and wanted 400.00 for website maint, I refused. To make a long story short several people at logo genies asked for different amounts of money daily.
    I was waiting on website credentials and they never were sent to me so i called the main number as the one we have been texting back and forth has now been turned off. They wanted to charge 150.0 for closing costs. I flipped out said i was going to get a lawyer and they sent them.
    On closing I was told the security was not good and that would be another charge. I repaired the website myself and then they went in my email and deleted all my saved files. I got mad and sent the new website away. Pretty much i just messed with it till my old website came back. I have contacted my bank and closed my account due to there other complaints of fraud
    I would like a refund and the website completely removed from my domain

    12/12/22 They offered me a partial refund but only on the original $500 they said the liquid response and chat was added to site so they will not refund that. I also got an email from ******** that stated he made a mistake and I will receive no refund at all.

    I was called today by a lady named ******** that claims she built my website and tells me my hosting has expired that I paid 300.00 for a month ago. She then asked if I still use the site and I told her no I want a refund. She ask why and I again explained how someone tried to charge me for the site credentials that I was told where on the way as she knows the rest of the story

    Purchased Website design************** Host service and I haven't gotten product updates for 3 weeks though I was promised them multiple times. We are well outside the production time for the end product and I asked for a refund. I reached out using several numbers were where a person or the business line couldn't be reached. I am concerned I won't receive my refund as requested.
