    2 years ago I signed up to receive my personal trainer certification from ACTION. I selected a plan that would charge me $9.99/month for 12 months. It has been 2 years and ACTION is still charging me $9.99 monthly. Their website does not work and trying to email to cancel my subscription is impossible. They will repeatedly tell you that your captcha answer is invalid when trying to submit your cancellation request. ACTION seems like a complete scam considering the ebook they give you to study for your certification is incomplete and you cant even sign up to take a final exam. I just want a refund from the additional months I have been charged the $9.99 and to stop the recurring charges going forward.

    We reached out to REMOVEDand refunded the credit balance on his account.  We verified the captcha was working properly on our cancellation form.

    I submitted my required REMOVEDUnits (CEUs) for certification renewal through the ACTION system in a timely manner each time. However, I encountered repeated issues with the system and was instructed to resubmit my documentation in different formats multiple times. As a result of these unnecessary delays caused by the organization, two of my submissions ended up past the deadline one because run around second runaround despite originally being submitted on time.I have colleagues who submitted their REMOVEDusing the same process and did not face these obstacles. Additionally, I have saved emails proving my timely submissions and the repeated requests to resubmit in different ways and smart comments instead of help unless i pay extra , which ultimately delayed my approval. Instead of assisting in a fair and professional manner, the organization's representative dismissed my concerns and claimed the system could not have been faulty. REMOVEDwould say smart comments very rude and I have all communication from first recertification to now also multiple times tried to get money from me when I payed for the Platinum package that includes free recertification I believe this handling was unfair and not in line with the organization's duty to support its members. I am requesting a fair review of my submission based on the original dates provided and approval of my certification renewal as per the stated REMOVEDseems REMOVEDis their only customer service representative. I've requested escalation five or six times to submit proof, but received no help. They said I'd hear from a manager in REMOVEDhours, but it's been over 72 hours with no response.

    We gave the customer the benefit of the doubt regarding problems submitting her application and waived the late fees as requested.  The issue was resolved to the customer's REMOVED.
