      After reading the reviews I was very impressed with the the treatment I received when ordering my radio for **** F 150, The technicians that I spoke with were very polite and helpful,the sound system is 100x times better than the factory radio. My only problem with the radio is I have a **** truck I should not see a Jeep on my screen. The configuration should be preprogrammed from the start now I have to download load an app do all this unnecessary stuff just to get the Jeep off.

      Had issues with the unit for a couple months. Finally made contact with a tech. Her name was ****** and she saved the day. awesome personality, knowledgable, patient. She saved the day. I was at the point of sending the unit back. She definitely is a 5 star employee.

      Great company, I love the product and the customer support has been awesome. They are very knowledgeable about their products and made it easy to fix the couple issues I overlooked on my part. You are able to schedule a ****** video call pretty quickly where they will help you if needed.
