    They have a guarantee on parts fitting. I plugged my exact year make model etc in and the part didnt fit. They would accept the return but wouldnt provide a shipping label. We went back and forth at least a dozen emails arguing. Would not recommend them. Wont stand behind their guarantees.

    If I could give a -100 I would. Their customer service doesn't respond to calls and their emails have been super shady in response to our request to get a refund for the parts. They want to take your money, but not fix an issue with incorrect parts

    Wosrt customer service ever! They are refusing to give me a refund for parts i returned and are now not answering any form of communication i try! buyer beware of this "overseas" company.

    I ordered a part that they said it fits but it didn't.. I called several times and left the email for the refund info.. Never called back all.. I'm so mad because I've should've did more research on this company before buying ****** learned never again.. horrible WILL NOT deal with this company at all

    They wont even respond to my calls, or emails, costed me a good amount of money on the spacers for them to not refund and s**** me in the end

    Ordered some spacers after receiving them and noticing they were not hubcentric and cheaply made decided to ship them back, it took two months back-and-forth emails and phone calls pictures, etc. Even though they sent me a **** shipping label after I told them the issue which they wanted me to pay shipping for in the beginning, they ended up only refunding me without the shipping cost, horrible company, customer service.Emails end ** in your junk folder and several that I've sent either never make it or receive any back from them. I rarely do reviews, but this company was so bad I had to. I will find other places as well to spread the word, Better Business Bureau should be contacted, considering all the bad reviews that they have acquired.

    I ordered a set of Rear Strut Assemblys for my **** lexus rx330 RWD. I was messing with it for over 3 hours when I figured out that they sent me struts for a vehicle that is AWD, not RWD. When I called to try and get them to send me a replacement for the right parts, they sent me an email asking for information and then hung up on me! They refuse to answer my calls or email and won't send me the correct parts. They are a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM....I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will take your hard earned money, send you the wrong parts and s**** you over

    I ordered LED fog lights from Suncent Auto in October. that I was informed by the shop were the wrong size. They were unused installed and in the original packaging. I reached out to customer service for assistance on the correct size and return/replacement instructions. I had one response that provided the correct size, but was never provided information for completing the turn or exchange. Original inquiry was 10/30, last response was 11/8. I haven't heard anything in weeks and have reached back out multiple times. As the previous reviewer had mentioned, I wish I would have read the reviews earlier :/.

    On October 1, 2023 at 12pm, on a Sunday I ordered a part, and then at around 12:30 pm that same day I had second thoughts and wanted to cancel ..they told me they couldn't because it has already been shipped..all they have to do is get in touch with ***** and get them to cancel shipment..it's not that hard!!! They refuse to do so!!

    Stay away, do not order from Suncent.com!!!!!! Look at the reviews!!Order led headlights and fog lights. After installing the headlights it was just flickering even thought they stated it wouldnt, installed the fog light it it fried my PCM now the fog lights do not work. Reach out to them through email no response, I called after 3rd attempted got ahold of someone, sent me email asking why and what was wrong after explaining the situation of the lights they responded the next day but told me I order the wrong headlights, since the fog light didnt work and to avoid the hassle they would just refund the cost of fog lights. BS!! so I sent pictures of Oreillys confirming those were the correct lights, would fit my truck model, ask them to double check there systems, after confirming that I order the correct light I would like a full refund, also ask who I needed to talk to about sending them my mechanic invoice for the **** Of course I have not heard back and also Ive been sending a follow up email onces a weeks since their last response! Take a wild guess?! Thats right! Havent got a response back!! Its been over a month as of 8.14.23. I hope this helps you not worth it!!
