    I purchased 9 pieces of childrens clothes from Wildwawas website at 14th March 2023 online. The order number is #*****. The total amount that I paid by my credit card was 464 USD. They gave me the ***** tracking number at 14th March, and it said delivered at 17th March. However, I have not received the package until now. I checked anywhere that courier might deliver to and told ***** the package was missing. The tracking number is 9261290274346821488413.Thank you very much for your help. I received the reply from Wild Wawa. Theyre only willing to refund 100 USD, because I did not purchase the Route Shipping protection. I dont accept this solution. First of all, in the very beginning Wild Wawa refused me to contact with ***** to find the package. This caused me to miss the opportunity to retrieve the package. Then, they refused me to file a claim with *****, this prevents me from getting *****s compensation. I have reason to think they just dont want to contact with ***** or spend any time on after-sales service. I have been actively trying to recover my losses by myself. I did not want Wild Wawa refund me when I emailed them at first. But their irresponsible service caused my loss at last, I request Wild Wawa refund me 464 USD as compensation.Secondly, Wild Wawa said the Route Shipping protection would take over a claim if i bought it. However, ***** told me only shipper can file a claim, but did not told me they require any insurance. This means I have the chance to get the total compensation from *****, however, Wildwawa do not want to file the claim. They look forward to others to serve their own customers. We all know that it is difficult and time-consuming to claim money from *****, but it is unfair for customers if Wildwawa do not cooperate with customers to file claims for this reason. In the third place, Wild Wawa insists their rule Please note that once a package tracks as delivered, Wild Wawa will not be held responsible for replacing if stolen, missing or accidentally shipped to an old or invalid address provided by the customer. Please check with your local post office if you believe your package has been lost or stolen on their website. I did not let they replacing or reship for me. And if the seller only collect money from customers but did nothing for their customers, this is a violation of the principle of fair trading. Moreover, it is not a cheap brand because the average price is more than 50 USD. I keep the rule, did Wild Wawa follow *****s rule to file the claim as shipper?Anyways, I lost 464 USD for no reason just purchasing products from Wild Wawa. I request Wild Wawa give me a full refund as compensation. And they should be punished to improve their service, this is good for more customers. Thank you very much and best regards.
