Refund and Exchange Policy
If there is a severe material or a printing defect please contact Eclipse Prints within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. We will need the item(s) back to exchange or replace the item(s). Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned or replaced. Final refund or return decision is left to Eclipse Prints’ discretion.
Refund requests must be made before the production or printing process begins. If a refund request is approved, refunds are made by check only.
If goods have been ordered prior to refund request, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping costs, if incurred, are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
