- Advertising Review:
Beginning in 1912, BBB created an advertising review program and Code of Advertising because of the widespread need for truth, transparency and accountability in advertising. BBB also notifies businesses of advertising issues that may lead to problems with their customers or their regulatory agencies. According to BBB's Code of Advertising, "In all instances, advertisers, agencies and media should also be sure that they are in compliance with local, state, federal and provincial laws and regulations governing advertising."
In December of 2025, BBB contacted this company regarding the fact that their license number was not included in their internet advertising. According to the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board, "Licensed contractors must include their license number in all construction contracts, subcontracts, and calls for bid, and all forms of advertising."
The company did not respond to BBB and as of December 31, 2025 their license number is not included in at least some of their social media advertising, as required.
BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles. As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service, or business. Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation.
When considering complaint information, please consider the company's size and volume of transactions. Note that the nature of complaints and a company’s responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints. BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period.
