"I have been having issues getting any of the ai software to work, and it uses my credits with a message saying, "we will review the error log and if we find the issue, we will send a voucher to the email, for the refund of credits" I have not received anything back, or word on all of the failed ai work. I have purchased the lifetime subscription business plan, but I would like a refund because if I can't use the software that was purchased, then I need my money back."
