Total Adblock should close their doors! They make cancelling a nightmare. I still havent been able to cancel my subscription. Id like a refund for the 2 months before + this month. They should make it easier to cancel - this should be a crime for taking advantage to the consumer.Business Response

To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel within 30 days if you are on a 12-month plan, and within 14 days if you are on a monthly plan. Refunds for additional services require cancellation within 14 days of payment.

On April 11, 2024, my checking account was charged $119.00 from Total Ad Blocker. The charge was a result of a PayPal transaction. I did not authorize this transaction. I didn't even know that I had a Total Ad Blocker account. I want a refund of my money and deletion and cancellation of any service registered to my name. This company is fraudulent! I have spent hours attempting to follow TotalAdBlocker website instructions to cancel my account with this company only to run into unending spinning circles waiting for the cancel window to load. On January 30, 2024 I subscribed for what I believed was Unlimited Adblock. This is a software program that purports to block advertisements from online searches. The following day I tirelessly attempted to install the software on my MacBook Pro and was not successful. As I was attempting to install, the software constantly directed me to various other links which I assumed were necessary to install the software. In reality they were merely prompting me to subscribe for additional services. After numerous frustrating attempts, I decided that the software was not for me. I then initiated an online support chat with representative *********************. I explained to ****** I was no longer interested in the product. During a lengthy online chat ****** insisted on sharing my screen to help install the product. After a number of refusals, I told ****** that I desired to cancel and wanted a refund. When he finally understood that I did not want the product, he told me to go to the companys website to cancel. I asked him if that would generate a refund and he said yes. On March 1, 2024 I received my PayPal statement and imagine my surprise when there was no refund. On March 1, I submitted a second request for a refund. I wrote them again on their support web site on April 3, 2024 but have had no communication from them and I have not received a refund. Again, I am requesting a refund of $101.80 for products I did not desire or never ordered. Also, attached our charges to my PayPal account for such products and screen shots of my communication. In checking online to compare with another blocking software I already have, I needed to fill out the order for a sale price that was a subscription in order to get the information. When I tried to use the back arrow to get out it took my order and processed it. I contacted them to cancel it and was given a runaround like none I've ever experienced. I realize the people/ai bits are trained to push. I said Cancel at least a dozen times and told them I hadn't downloaded the product but they just wouldn't stop or cancel the order.Business Response

On Sunday, March 24th, 2024 I contacted Total Ad Block online and sent them some money. Now I can't even set up my account. My account was created on February 21, 2023. My Customer ID # ************* it was time to renew I cancelled my subscription and I was not billed for the renewal in February. Then in March they billed me for the year 2024. I reached out to them. They told me that I had to log in and cancel my subscription in order to process the cancellation and that my account would be cancelled March 4, 2025.
