I did not subscribe to this svc to block internet Ads. Even though i reviewed their on-line AdBlocking svc I did not subscribe. Still they charged me, twice. The address on my bank statement only shows *******, ************* w/o a phone number and they do not provide a manner in which to contact them. They need to remove me as a customer and refund my money.Business Response

I have been trying for more than 6 months to cancel a subscription with Total AdBlock. Their website does not make it easy to cancel. I realized I was being billed $14.99/mo several months ago via my ****** account charged to my debit card and tried to cancel. I thought that was taken care of, but I see that I have been again since January. I have tried to cancel the service, but I am not technically astute and must have inadvertently asked for the service some time ago. There does not seem to be any end to this billing. I don't want the service it is not turned on - on any of my laptops, desktops or phones. I don't know how else to proceed. ****** tells me to go to their website and their website provides the most complicated instructions, to insure that you can't cancel. PLEASE HELP!!!!! Please be advised that all 3 of these accounts have now been fully cancelled, and you will no longer be charged for the service.
I have refunded the most recent charge of $14.99 to your ****** account, unfortunately, all other payments taken fall outside of our money back guarantee period. But rest assured, you will not be charged again.

I started but never completed the process of signing up for one product. I called them and told them it was a mistake and to cancel any charges made on my account. They agreed to do this but it was never done and there have been subsequent charges made to my credit card. 4/28/25 for $19.00. 5/12, $38.98 and $19.00, 5/19 $38.96. I would like all of this money refunded and no subsequent charges made to my credit card.Business Response

I canceled the service about 6 months ago and I have now been billed an "Automatic Renewal". This is for a service I did not agree to, for Automatic Renewal. Also, the service is not in effect. My bank, on my request has refused to pay the $155.00 and ****** has taken the position (I do not know why) that AdBlock is entitled to the payment. This is to me a clear case of FRAUD and ****** is also involved in supporting fraud, It has been impossible to reach a human representative at either TotalAdBlock or ******. Aggressive pop up ads and misleading spam mail from total adblock made me believe my device and personal information were under attack and pressured me into their service with false claims and I am unable to cancel services or stop being billed. The total Adblock company charges me a ***** garage on my **************** every month I have never signed into their scout even by I have call several times to cancel anything and have them quit charging my card. They say the same thing each time we do not show any previous contacts but we will cancel all charges now at which time they try to get me to take a lower cost. They dont remove the charges its impossible to contact them unless you use a billing number they are basically a scam and should be prosecuted for their predatory and fraudulent business practicesBusiness Response
