    I was charged $119 from TotalAdBlocker on April 17, 2024. I did not create a subscription with this company and I have never used their product. It was an automatic payment through PayPal. I have sent emails and have not received a refund. This company is a scam. I want to warn other people and I want a refund of the money charged through my PayPal account.

    Misleading and scam. Paid their $1.99 for ap, pushed install, and the charged me another $38.95 for a service I did not want. This ap was not what I was looking for. Incorrect information was displayed. This most certainly does not block all ads. They continue to pop up.

    In January 2024 I started trying to cancel Adblock.com. Ads were still coming thru so I did not want the service any longer.I seem to find the only way to cancel is by paying a fee. It doesn't seem that should be legal. I have tried emailing with no response and they don't advertise a phone number to reach them. I am 76 and on limited income so for the last 4 months I have been paying each month. I did stop the auto pay on PayPal but don't know if that will stop the charges.

    On April 17th totaladblock charged my credit card twice for something I've never needed or subscription to. ***** and *****. The screen shots have been included. There is no way to contact these people and my credit card company can't resolve the issue. I have never dealt with this kind of situation. Very upset, I am hoping you can contact these thieves and get a refund.

This was upgraded to an annual subscription on April 17, 2024, for an additional cost of $39.69. Additionally, you purchased one of our optional add-ons, Unlimited Devices, for $38.98.

    We would like to make it clear that the services you have purchased from us are entirely up to you, and we do not have any part in the provision of these services. Furthermore, we do not force anyone into purchasing any services from us.

    Any additional services that we offer are purely optional and are intended to enhance the value and benefits of our core services. We believe in providing our customers with information and options so that they can make informed decisions based on their unique needs and preferences.

    I cannot see any correspondence from you requesting a refund or cancellation of your subscription, your request now falls outside of the 30 day money back guarantee period so I am unable to process a refund. 

    I have disabled the auto renewal on your account to ensure no further payments will be taken, your protection will end on 2025-04-13.

    I received my credit card bill statement today 4/27/24 and it had a charge of $ ****** posted to my account on 3/16/2024. I DID NOT authorize this charge, nor was I made aware that it was going to be charged to my account. They did NOT contact me. Had they done so, I would have cancelled. Tonight I called the company at ************** and the rep said I could not cancel the account, nor would the company credit my credit card. He claimed it was a week too late and past the 30 days. I told him I wanted to cancel and I will never do business with this company again. To me this is fraud, since it was not approved, authorized or otherwise okayed by me. I did business with this company before and the charge was only $19 dollars, NOT $119 dollars. This is a fraudulent charge and I would like it removed. The rep stated the charge will remain until next year 2025 and this upsets me greatly. He refused to let me speak with a supervisor as well. I want to cancel services and the $119 dollar charge REMOVED from my credit card. Thank you.

    I am grateful that they resolved the issue by issuing a refund but they did NOT notify me 30 days in advance, I did tell them in the past not to auto renew and when I called their customer service line, they lied to me several times. Overall, they did the right thing but I will not do business with them again and now every time I turn on my computer, I am bombarded by their ads. NEVER AGAIN, but thank you and them and my credit union for refunding my money.

    Accidentally subscribed to total Adblock.. and several other extra services provided at a cost by Adblock . I sent in an email asking to cancel and return my money. No response to request. Was instead directed to a useless process. Cannot find a way to contact a human. Very expensive error.

    On May 06, 2024 I purchased TotalAdblock program for my phone from TOTALAdblock WATERLOOVILLEGBR using my Discover card for $1.99 (promotional price). When I tried to install the program on my phone, the answer came back "content is not available for your phone". Then I tried to cancel my purchase and the subscription ($9.99/mo) that came with it, none of the TotalAdblock on-line instructions would work. Then I called their **************** # and the person who answered (somewhere in *****?) kept asking me more questions about my address and area code, etc. rather than about the nature of my request to cancel the purchase and the subscription. I refused to answer his questions because it very much resembled a phishing scheme and not a customer service.I contacted my credit card and they promptly credited my account for $1.99. But the issue with the monthly subscription fees is still unresolved. I request the TotalAdblock Waterloovillegbr to cancel my subscription with them because their product doesn't work. Also, I request they delete my credit card information from their records.
