    Please review other BBB reviews, as many are same! Placed order 12/28/23 Frigidaire Shelf Assembly, web shows instock. Rec'd email with order #********* advises once pkg ships email will be sent w tracking. Shipdate says TBD. I assume in stock, eta regular 2 weeks to receive my order. 1/4/24 called as no email or contact from company. Rep advised 2/5 due date fm vendor. On same 1/4/24 rec'd email stating factory advised part will be delivered on 2/14/24, and should allow 2-5 biz days until I can get tracking. I called on 2/15 since no word or email. Rep advised now backordered til 2/29/24 and should receive info soon after. Don't believe them, runaround since Day 1 placing the order. Lie after lie this has got to be a scam it's the way company continues to do business. Advise Rep, I am giving them last chance if it doesn't happen on 2/29/24, then how do I get a refund and how long will that process take? rep advises that a refund to cancel will take 1-3 biz days to process and back to method of payment. No one will contact me, I have to contact them by calling. Wait endlessly for a non-existent promise of a shipping email to advise tracking, which never ever comes. Have to always call them instead. 3/4/24, I call to cancel my order and demand a quick refund to method of payment. MORE frustration, as I call and am advised there is a line of 6 customers ahead of me. I wait over 40 minutes to be told I have 1 person ahead. One hour later, rep picks up. I explain to her I want my refund now and tell a little of what my frustration is about. She processed my cancellation and sent me an email to advise it will take 1-3 days, plus then another email will be sent eventually when my refund takes place from my method of payment. I found it odd she couldn't answer why on the website, it advises Item is instock as well as she didn't even advise when the new shipdate would be either, when I first called to cancel to save the fake order. Will I really get a refund?

    This place is a scam! I tried to return a non installed part and they are telling me its been installed. They are sending me pictures of a perfectly new part saying theres a **** on the back so its been installed. The only time that part left the box was for the picture you need to send them so they can start the return process which that in its self is a hassle
