    Return policy is suspected fraudulent. They clearly publish a reasonable policy, however my experience was not. I ordered a part that was incorrect for my refrigerator. I could tell it was wrong when it arrived by the size of the box. The *** told me they needed a photo of the part along with one of my refrigerator serial number, which I sent. I never even took the part out of the box before tapping it back up and returning via *** which cost me $37. Subsequently I get an e-mail saying they did not approve my return because the part was used. I appealed to their service ***, but they ***eated their story that their return office deemed it used. It seems like their return business model is simply denying returns to keep sales final and resell parts.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! I should have looked them up before ordering!!!!This is the worse place I have ever ordered from. I placed an order on 7/20/24 for a part that the website said that was in stock and on the order conformation said it would be delivered on Monday 7/22/24. I paid for faster processing and shipping as well and to make sure a in stock part would be delivered at said date. Almost a week later and everything was still showing processing. So I contacted the through their chat and the told me that it was estimated to be delivered on 8/18 almost a full month after placing the order So I sent them another message and then they told me the delivery would be on the 8/07. Perfectly fine I understand time and shipping has a factor in ordering something. I asked for a refund on the faster processing and shipping and they refunded $25 of it. I spent over $40 on that alone. I was ok with that. So it is now it is 8/2 and they sent me a email saying the manufacturer had discontinued the part that was said to be in stock when ordered and they need the model and serial number of my ********************** to verify the alternative part will work. So I called and they gave me the run around. Saying it was discontinued from the manufacturer. It should not take this long to say that it was discontinued. There is so much more from emails and the phone conversation that I have had with them to prove they are just a horrible company to order from and do business with. They say one thing and wait and say something completely different. I hope this review makes one person at least never do business with this company. No one should deal with them or order from the. No one AGAIN DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!

    I ordered a part on Jun 10th. After I while I contacted them for an update. I was told they needed to order the parts from manufacturer and would not get it until July 12. They finally mailed it out on July 22nd. I received it on July 24th and when I opened it up it contained only 1 handle. I double checked my order and their website and confirmed I ordered a set of 2 handles. Contacted customer service and was told that the manufacturer changed the part and it is only 1 handle. Their website still offers the incorrect information and I was told they will not send me the additional handle I ordered originally from their website even though it still shows that it is a set of 2.

    Horrible business ethics from this company - their ordering system will accept an order for parts even when it is not in inventory or cannot be drop shipped from the manufacturer, assign a fictitious shipdate, then completely cease all communication after the initial order confirmation email. Multiple calls to customer service will reveal that the part was never in inventory; their excuse is that they are at the mercy of the manufacturer and will ship the part out as soon as they receive it from the manufacturer, then they promise you an estimated shipmate that is 3-5 weeks out.This will happen on a looped repeat for about three calls before they finally ship the part, so you will receive your part about 3-4 months from your original order date.I thought it was a case of bad luck for me the first time I ordered a dishwasher part, but the same thing happened a year later when I again placed an order for parts.Their standard practice of selling what they do not have in inventory and promising fictitious ship dates is deceptive but seems to be their Modus Operandi.Stay away from this awful unethical deceptive company with subpar customer service reps who are clearly reading from a script.

    This place is a scam! I tried to return a non installed part and they are telling me its been installed. They are sending me pictures of a perfectly new part saying theres a **** on the back so its been installed. The only time that part left the box was for the picture you need to send them so they can start the return process which that in its self is a hassle

    Ordered a part for my dishwasher. The package arrived late and was completely destroyed. Once opened, I found that the contents were broken. I proceeded to reach out to the company with a phone call which I waited for over a half hour and then hung up. I sent an email asking for a replacement to be shipped out to me. I sent all photos that were asked for. I have not gotten any help what so ever. Its the same response over and over again that the claim has been filed and they will update me once they have an update. After 16 emails back and forth, I finally asked for a refund. I have not received any refunds or answers. Communication back and forth has been ongoing for 3 weeks now. I spent $200 on a part that I cannot use due to the damage. **************** is horrible.

    Absolute worst company to deal with. Ordered items supposedly in-stock on their website, 2 months later and several phone calls later (each call > 1 hr on hold), I am still being told the items are on back order, with the date getting pushed back each time by several weeks. STAY AWAY!

    As other reviews have annotated, changing and/or cancelling and order (even within minutes after placing the order) is impossible. Calling the supplied phone number leads to excessive hold times with zero resolution to your problem.Don't believe promised ship dates and don't count on order status changes. Orders have been delayed by weeks with ApplianceParts4all providing no update. Only when you inquire about an order via their online chat will they then inform you your order is delayed. I won't call ApplianceParts4all and total sham, because I did receive the parts I ordered, but they aren't reliable and/or helpful when addressing concerns with your orders.

    Sold me a part for dishwasher, part had large label saying to return for CORE CHARGE. Multiple emails back and forth asking how that works and more information, Was told to send back and I would receive the credit back **** days. Shipped and waited. Then called and they tell me no refund what so ever. Horrible company to deal with. I wish I could leave a neg. star.. -Star

    This company sold me a defective glass shelf for a fridge. When I contacted them, they had no interest in helping me. Even though the part was defective, I had to pay out of my pocket to ship it back to them. They were extremely uncooperative and didnt show much care in helping a customer. I spent $60 to purchase this part and they are only refunding me $40. This is a terrible company to order from, and an all my years of doing business with people, I have never seen a company that refused to help a customer like them. All they kept saying was we have a policy and they didnt care that the part they sold me was defective, thats why I had to pay another $11 to ship it back to them. Be careful of Appliances 4 Allthey have no conscience and no problem ripping you off.
