On January 26, 2023, Broker Solutions Inc entered into a Consent Order with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Order settles allegations that the business facilitated an unlicensed mortgage lender and mortgage broker activity in Massachusetts when the business NMLS number was displayed on another entity's webpages and marketing materials. Under terms of the order, the business agrees to pay $25,000 in an administrative penalty, and refrain from facilitating unlicensed activity. The Assurance was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
