******************************* is an absolute ****** He was there for me every step of the way. I must say dealing with the bank is normally the hard part. ******* made it the easiest. He was extremely knowledgeable and transparent. Theres not a better loan officer in the country! I know who will be having my business for the end of time. From the very first phone call **** was very down to earth and confident that he would be able to help me purchase a house I had less than prefect credit with many factors that made the experience probably less than enjoyable for him but made the experience for me as easy as possible. We had *************************** for our loan officer, and he was amazing. He kept the line open to contact whenever we needed something and aloud us to ask questions whenever. Never hard to get a hold of and he was quite open about everything. He gave us worst case scenario numbers to ensure we would be okay when we closed, and turned out having great closing costs! This did however make it a bit hard to negotiate with potential sellers since we didn't have a solid number to ask for. I'm sure if we asked, we'd be able to get that value. Overall, a quick pleasent experience and enjoyed working with him and his team!New American Funding Response
