I had purchased a new first layer roof from GREEN LIVING for my home in ****. They told me guaranteed for 50 years any problems they would make sure it gets fixed right away. Then I informed the owner 1 year ago that my roof leaks badly. When I told him about me being a handicapped veteran he laughed and said well soon as you agree to paying them more money to fix the problem they created there is nothing to talk about. My brand new drywall water has broken thru the seams and leaks so bad all over my new flooring we installed. I notified the owner and he said well u need to pay a $250 inspection fee then if they believe it's their fault i still need to pay for all labor and materials to fix it. I already did by having u do the job. Inside another part of my home the roof is leaking on my wiring systems in our attic which has become a very dangerous fire and or shock hazard but the owner still will not come and repair the new roof. I have left reviews on their website but he still does not care as long as they con more people into buying their roofing projects. I don't know what to do my home is being destroyed by these severe leaks and the owner DOESN'T CARE. Green living is launching a new website to hide all the negative reviews they have on the old one. Please all we wanted was a roof that didn't start to destroy our home from the inside from all the leaks from the roof. I have so many pictures of the leaks and poor craftsmanship to share I did with owner but he still doesn't care. HELP I don't want Green living to do this to anymore VETERANS or consumers they service.
