    ** lies on all advertising to induce one to purchase cameras. Support 0, assistrance 0, ability to access the cameras i have purchased EXTREMELY DIFFICULT IF NOT IN POSSIBLE. MY RATING THIS PRODUCT IS -5. ONE MUST BE crazy to buy cameras from this terrible company....Simply put almost inpossible to access.

    I wouldn't even give a 1 star if I had the option. The ** app used to be ok. Now it's nothing but advertisements that cover the camera history. The app sux! I wish I hadn't bought them and put them everywhere inside and outside of my home!

    I had the free version of this about 6 years ago. I no longer use the device but suddenly started getting charges from this company. I've tried to send emails to support but they're marked at not deliverable. I've tried to call the support number but the number is no longer in service.. if I could leave negative stars, I would!

    The camera themselves are a good quality. Your problem is going to be that there is no customer support or, extremely limited. Theyve also placed an ads and make an impossible time to access your cameras. This can be a very dangerous situation, especially if youre using it for young kids in the house. Originally when I bought the cameras, good support. Absolutely regret working with. Think twice before purchasing.

    Do NOT buy these camera's! It's next to impossible to reach anyone from the company. I bought these cameras and were supposed to be grandfathered in to continue to receive the free 6 second video's but I'm now no longer receiving video's and I spend more time watching ads and it's difficult and time consuming just to get past the ads to see the live video. Terrible camera's and company and it's a bait and switch tactic which they are no longer honoring what was initially sold to me being that I would get the 6 second videos for free with my camera purchase.

    Hardware now won't pull SD card information requiring subscription service. The whole point of these cameras was not to have cloud service. Ao many ads that are impossible not to click. These are supposed to be security but dont record enough anymore to catch anything.

    They won't stop billing, and don't give you a reasonable way to cancel your subscription, and they don't let you delete a credit card so it stops billing. I've had it for a year and don't want/need it anymore, and it won't let me stop the auto renew. This is a total scam of a company practice.

    These cameras at have became less and less reliable. It takes more than 12 seconds for them to wake up and start recording. By the time it loads you have missed everything and see no one there. The worse part is that lately they are bombarding you with ads evetime you try to see an event. You either have to watch the ad or close out of it completely. When I reached out to the company they said that I would need to upgrade to a subscription that would eliminate the ads. No thanks. I dont even bother with them anymore. Soon they will be in the garbage as I'm looking for more reliable camaras elsewhere.
