Next Generation Builders is a 100% scam company. Their ***'s **************************, ************************* and ********************* have left my project and more than 10 other projects abandoned. I have learned that Next Generation Builders takes a large sum of money from the clients and then abandons the job. So my story... I paid NGB $88,200 on October 19, 2023 to begin the work on my 612 square foot *** in **********. They began trenching and running pipes, etc. On December 8th, 2023, I paid them an additional $54,000 (as per contract). After four months of inquiring with NGB why no work had been done on my project, and asking where my money was, I finally realized there was no intention of finishing the *** or refunding me money for work not done. I realized I got scammed. Today, August 13, 2024, I still find myself with framework only, they abandoned my job. *** ************************** (she is now the *** of aoghomebuilders) stopped responding to my e-mails, phone calls to her cell phone, and text messages. NGB's phone number listed on their website ngbla.com has been disconnected. The last day a crew of workers was at my job site was March 27, 2024. Please please please, do not fall for their nice presentations and websites. They will befriend you and make you believe you have found an amazing company. They are professional scam artists that live for this. They don't care about you, your family, your savings, your retirement, your hard work, if you took out a loan, etc. Their goal it to take your money, I promise you that. I am in contact with more than 10 clients/victims/families in the same boat as I am. IG page buildwithngbscammers is uniting many of their clients in hopes to find a resolution to our problems with NGB. I hope this review will help someone to not get scammed by NGB or the new company name they are operating under aoghomebuilders. This was my nightmare experience with them.
