      Cr and r does not pick up their weekly schedule of trash pickup. I have not had my recycled picked up for 3 weeks. My composting 1 week. When I call ****** informed me they would pickup by 6:00 in scheduled day. They never showed up to my house or my neighbors homes. I told her they would not show up but she disregarded my concerns. At this point I cannot cooperate with this company any more. My carts are still sitting on the curb. I pay 140 a month and no pickup occurs. Please share this and investigate this company for non compliance to the state of California laws for trash pickup. We cannot recycle ior compost our trash if they do not empty our carts. Please seek a fine for this company on behalf of its customers. They are not compliant with the state of **********. I am seeking a 500 dollar bill adjustment for years of non pickup.

      After review, the route driver stated that customer used to pull their carts out further, but when the customer started leaving the carts closer to the dumpster, he assumed that they did not need service. When returning last week, he serviced the customer and apologized for the error. The customer's carts must be placed out in a location for the driver to be able to service efficiently. This should no longer be an issue going forward. CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this loyal customer.

      My scheduled trash day is Wednesday, but I have now gone a full week without service despite multiple calls and online contact forms submitted through *** website.Since moving in, *** had repeated problems with the driver assigned to my route. He has yelled at me several times, including about how I placed boxes in my recycling bin. On one occasion, he had a large can delivered to my property that I never requested, and when I contacted CRR to have it removed, I was told I would be charged for it. The can was eventually picked up, but that issue should never have occurred.This week appears to be retaliatory every other trash bin in my condo complex was emptied except mine. Ive contacted *** three times and was told each time that the trash would be picked up before 6 PM, yet it remains full. The bin now contains a weeks worth of household garbage, including food waste, creating a sanitation concern. Ive had to move it into my garage to avoid attracting pests and odors.I understand that CCR&R has received other customer complaints, but I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and professionally.We need other choices in this area if this is the way this company handles business.

      Approximately 3 weeks ago, this customer's cart was tagged due to it being overloaded with materials. The driver explained the issue to the customer and there were no issues reported since then. Regarding the reported missed service on 10/22/25, the driver confirmed servicing the carts at 8:07AM and a photo was taken of the carts after service. Further, the driver's onboard computer confirms that the service was completed with no issues. Operations will continue to monitor the service on this customer's account to ensure that all ******************** are completed efficiently. CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this customer.

      In August 2024,I called CR&R to cancel my trash service at which time they tried to convince me that it was mandated by my community services district (PPHCSD) to maintain service.I was unhappy with their service as trash was often left outside of the trash cans after service was rendered.After canceling in August,I continued to get charged for service periods(as stated on the bill) even when NO Service was being provided. I had a representative from my community services district call CR&R on a 3-way call to once again cancel the service in May 2025 at which time representative by the name of ****** confirmed she would cancel the service. ****** clam that because the cans were not returned that billing for Service Periods continued simply because the trash cans were not returned,BUT on multiple occasions when I tried to return the cans, the driver did not take ********* Forward to October 25' I receive yet another bill from CR&R for service period between 10/1/25-12/31/25 when no services are being provided.On 10/22/25, Spoke with ****** from CR&Rwho claims that a pick up of the cans was attempted and unsuccessful so billing continued.I have put the trash cans out many times and they were not picked up, per ******* on 10/22, they were not picked up because I'm on a do not service *******&R never contacted me via phone,or letter to schedule a date&time to pick up the cans.ALL attempts I made resulted in the cans being skipped due to being onDO NOT SERVICE list verified by *******. How is a company allowed to continue to bill / invoice for "SERVICE PERIOD" when services are not being rendered? shame on SOS /CA / etc for allowing this. While CR&R should have every right to bill a FLAT FEE for non - returned trash cans, they should NOT have the freedom to continue to bill / invoice for "SERVICE PERIOD" when no service is being provided / rendered. Furthermore, the FLAT FEE for non-returned trash cans should only apply, after a failed attempt of a agreed ************

      I pay CR&R $118.80 per quarter to remove my household waste on a weekly basis, (recycling, garbage, and green waste). Over the last several months, they have failed to collect one of these categories approximately every other week. Either my husband or I have complained several time, to no avail. Each time we call, we are assured that a truck will collect our missed cans the next day. This never happens. At one point, we were forced to pay a private hauling service $200 to remove the waste that had piled up beyond what our receptacles could hold. This week, I have called three times and been assured each time that my cans will be collected. I spoke to a supervisor named ******* on Wednesday, and filed a complaint. She promised to arrange for pick up and return my call. She did not return my call and the cans were never collected. This morning, I called again and the customer service representative promised me that ******* would return my call. She has not. Since so many of my complaints have gone unresolved and other neighbors have had the same experience, I asked the customer service representative whether they have a policy of taking customer complaints but ignoring them. She declined to answer. I request a refund of my payments to CR&R for the last 3 months. I also seek a guarantee that they will not charge me if they continue to fail to provide the service that I pay for.

      Regarding the reported service issues, the Operations team responsible for this customer's area conducted an investigation. They concluded that the driver(s) were documented on the customer's street servicing on their normal service day. As a courtesy, Operations send a driver back out on 10/16/25 and serviced the customer's cart. Further, the driver returned for service today and reported no issues. The Operations Manager will be monitoring the services on this account to ensure that services are being rendered properly and in a timely manner. CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this long-standing customer.

      We have a commercial account with CR&R trash services. Our trash pickup date is scheduled for every Thursday, however at least twice a month we get skipped for the last 5 years. We have filed several, several, several complaints with CR&R and nothing is ever done about it. Every time it's not picked up, we have to call CR&R to report it to a supervisor who guarantees they put in a work order to have our trash picked up on Friday but when the don't we have to call again on Monday, Tuesday, AND Wednesday and they never show up. We have even gotten to the point where we will call them if they have not picked up the trash by 11:30am on Thursday to ask them to call the person on our route to ask them not to miss us, and they STILL skip us.

      They miss picking up my trash often I am a sitting duck because they dont communicate anything to us no note or nothing The drivers are rude and have no work ethic I just dont understand how they do not receive training on half of these things along with always leaving out trash lids open

      The Operations Manager responsible for this customer's area called the customer directly after investigating the reported service issues. This customer lives next to a business center and the route driver observed that other people are blocking the carts on service day which prevents him from being able to service successfully. CR&R's policy is that safety is paramount. Drivers do not put people or property in harm's way if carts are blocked by vehicles or other objects. Going forward, the Operations Manager has instructed the route drivers to place tags on any carts that they are not able to service in order to raise awareness. Service will continue to be monitored to ensure it is being rendered efficiently. CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this customer as this is resolved.

      CR&R is the local trash removal company in our area. We pay for 4 trash cans and included with the paid service are two large item pick *** for no additional charge per year. Our account is current, and when we requested a large item pick up, we had to wait over two weeks for an open schedule time. They failed to pick up on the scheduled day, 8/28/2025, even though we called and verified that pick up was scheduled. My husband was reassured that someone would be out that day. They did not show. The following day, CR&R was contacted again. The CR&R employee had to research what was happening. Upon returning our call, we were told they would be out Friday, 8/29/2025, or Saturday, 8/30/2025.The items are still awaiting pick up as of 9/1/2025. This is causing concerns and issues with our landlord, not to mention it is an eyesore. This an unacceptable way to treat customers Note: the account is under my previous name: ****** *****.

      In April my residence in ********, **************** was contacted by CR&R stating that they would correct an error by removing a black trash bin and replace it with a blue recycle bin. This additional black trash bin had been in use since before we moved into the house in April 2020. This change of bins was solely a correction by CR&R, not requested by us. In May 2025 we received a bill stating we should pay fees for the change that they instigated. When we called to have this bill removed CR&R admitted on recorded conversations that this charge was erroneous and would be removed. Since that phone conversation with CR&R customer service, including supervisors, we have been assured that the charges would be removed. As of July 31 2025 these charges are still pending, threatening to become a collection. We have received at least 5 assurances via phone that these charges would be removed. I am now, therefore, escalating this inaction by CR&R to a complaint.

      After a review of this customers claim that he was being charged improperly for a container that he did not have, CR&R credited the incorrect charge of $62.06 on 7/30/25. A Supervisor in **************** reached out to the customer and left them a voicemail on 7/30/25 to inform them of the adjustment. This customer does not have an outstanding balance and the matter has been closed. CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this customer as the issue was reviewed and resolved.

      We've been going back and forth with CR&R for at least THREE years regarding our recycling dumpster pickup. We are billed and pay for on-time service every month, for two weekly pickups: one for a waste bin and another for a recyclables dumpster. On average, over the last 24 months, they've failed to collect the recycling once every month. Some months we'll go 2-3 weeks without service. They bill for their services in advance, so there is no recourse when they fail to provide the services you've already paid for. Since they are the only waste contractor for our county, we don't have options to switch so I'm here to seek assistance in getting them to understand the legality issues behind what they're doing. The solution we've received is "call customer service when you've noticed your dumpster hasn't been serviced," and that worked fine 4 years ago when it happened a few times a year. When it became a weekly occurrence, I informed CR&R that we would no longer be contacting them weekly, as my staff is not paid to do the job of their drivers. We're running a company here, and dedicating hours every week to do their job is just not ************* we are in 2025, and our recycling dumpster hasn't been picked up in two weeks, but they've invoiced us for both of those pickups as if they were completed. In conclusion, they are a monopoly in our area, and they know it. This allows them to treat customers as if they're paying them instead of the other way around. They can push the responsibilities they're paid to do onto their customers with no repercussions. Maybe a class action lawsuit is the best route to go? How many other customers are paying for ******************** they never get?

      CR&R takes all reports of missed service seriously and does a thorough investigation. After review, the Operations Manager has resolved to monitor the customer's account weekly to ensure that they are receiving service every Tuesday. Further, a driver went out on Thursday, 7/31/25, and completed service on the recycle cart in question. CR&R sincerely appreciates the patience and understanding of this long-standing customer and looks forward to providing consistent and efficient service going forward.

      At this time I am choosing to reject the response until the service contract has been honored for two consecutive weeks. I believe this to be fair as CR&R requires us to PRE-PAY a month in advance. And to be fair, the only reason the driver came out on 07/31/25 was because we called, emailed and filed this complaint. Had we not CR&R would've failed to honor their service contract 3 of the 4 weeks in July, which I will reiterate, we have already paid for. I can not find anywhere in the service contract with CR&R that we are required to email and call on a weekly basis to have those services provided. If that is the case, the contract should be amended and our rates should be adjusted accordingly. The response provided by CR&R is one we've received a hundred times over the last FOUR years this has been occurring, only a few times have they continued to honor that commitment for an entire billing cycle.

      We will continue to monitor the scheduled pickups and will update the complaint should there be a change in it's status. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
