  So we decided to use this company to remodel our kitchen and bathroom this past month. They weee able to complete the project quicker then we thought. The designs and professionals who worked on it were very helpful and respectful.

  Im very impressed on how the turn out came out. The project manager stayed on top of the backyard landscaping job daily. He made sure his crew did exactly what we paid for. **** gave us lots of different ideas and choices to chose from. We love the design we chose! Thanks Build for you! I rate you guys 5 STARS

  So I got my patio done by build for you and I absolutely love it! They have a good team and have a lot of patience. I asked so many questions, called so many times, and my questions were always answered and so were my calls. I love my new patio and the project manager was attentive and knowledgeable. Im definitely going to do more work with them soon! Thanks build for you

  After their 3rd visit plus an offer of 30-35% senior discount, I decided to give them a shot. Project mgr. R** L*** gave me an estimate of $16K to refurbish, paint and apply floorings on my 2 existing balcony, each measuring ************ He compared it to a similar job theyve done for $9K for just one deck. I wanted to discuss it over with my wife first but convinced me to see if I could qualify for a promo offer of 12 months no interest and 10% thereafter. I qualified for a considerable amount, went over the contract quoted me a total of $21K including $1K for clean up. Stupid me,I agreed, not even to get other estimates. He also got me to agree that Id also be responsible to pay $4600 for materials if I decide to cancel before the 3 days. I didnt even question it or the cost, not until after the 3rd day, I realized that I was being taken advantage of. He said that the special offer was only good until the end of Dec22 ( only had a few days left ) I dont know how he came up with that amount but my best guess is that he wanted to get it as close to the amount of my qualification. A manipulator, believing that I was getting a fair price but in reality, if the balconies were connected, made bigger and stairs added then maybe that amount would be justified. I know I paid 4-5 times too much. Dude even had the b**ls to tell me I qualified for a Special Program of $2600 discount if I had my house painted for $15K++wanted me to respond to an email from Mosaic Fi to agree that the job was completed WHEN IT WASNT, so HE could get fully paid. I was so p**sed, told him H*** NO! He claimed that if I didnt do that, the promo offer would be void. He pleaded for me not to call Mosaic of what he said. He refused to give me an itemized list of materials and labor. Their Dir. of PM wanted a copy of any of my adult childrens ID, which I later refused , couldnt give me a reasonable explanation. Never again, ****** learned. Do research! Be aware of their cunningness!!!!

  BUILD FOR YOU are extremely over priced. 3 and 4 times more than others. An approx. $10,000 cement job, by competitors, priced at $34,000.00, with Build for you.. A 6 ft. Vinyl privacy fence quoted at $44,930.00 by Build for you, was estimated, by others, at approx. $12,500.00 to approx. $13,800.00. They verbally quote lower interest rates only to learn later the rates are greatly inflated, even with excellent credit rating. They speak about programs giving discounts; but, wasn't able to answer questions about the programs and changed the subject whenever questioned about them, as they use these "PROGRAMS" as a selling point. They forget to mention not everyone qualifies for these home improvement programs. So now interest rates are greatly inflated, for your job. They did NOT leave all documentation or lending documents with customer for review. They fill out documents and try to use the date they signed as beginning date for 3 day cancellation period, even if customer signed at a later date, stating their signature date is the date that counts, which is untrue. They misrepresent information, such as, asked direct question, do you subcontract for solar. Responded "No", only to find out that was 1 among many untrue statements. They entice one with claims of "left over" or "extra" supplies in some ***************, of which they will give you a greatly decreased discount, not reflected in documentation, not true. Insist to get the "good deal" you must sign NOW and sign your Consumer rights to cancel away. Refuse to give estimates will only write contracts for signature. RUN DO NOT WALK from BUILD FOR YOU.

  In construction we know that things are not perfect, as a big family-based company we take pride in our work and in our workers and will always do our best to make it right. Regarding your concern about being overcharged, every company or private contractor has a different overhead so yes, our prices are different. Our prices include material, tax, labor, insurance, and warranty. After the job is completed, we activate your warranty so you can use, including manufacture warranty. Regarding your specific cement job, it could never amount to $10,000 total with the **** you signed a contract for. You also failed to mention the contract was not only cement but also demoing the patio and existing area we worked on. Our expenses were way far greater than $10,000 which youre claiming it should of cost. You never mentioned you were unsatisfied with the work and actually stated you were satisfied with the work. When we arrived for payment, you claimed you only wanted to pay $*****. Maybe you feel like you were overcharged because you went to other people and other private contractors that have different over heads.  ************* has a different overhead and everyone works with different manufactures and different suppliers and all of that comes in to play when doing a job. You signed a contract with us and we factor way more than the prices you get from other businesses, including labor,material, tax, insurance, and warranty as we stated. Once again, were a bigger company who have a lot more to offer than just doing the cement work itself.
  Regarding the fence, actually the 6 ft. vinyl fence contract was quoted at $39,930 and you are again failing to mention everything else quoted on the scope of work including leveling the ground, installing footing for post,and the 24 posts. Not to mention we cancelled this and another job of yours way after the three day right to cancel.
  Regarding verbally being quoted lower interest rates, we work with multiple finance lenders giving you several options to choose from according to what fits your financial budgets. That is something we work on when we run your credit and go through the different programs that offer different rates and different payments based on your credit. Before you sign with a finance lender, we let you know the specific interest rates.
  Our priority is to be as informative as possible, setting meetings with you was tough for the project managers as well as the office. Not everyone qualifies for loans, like everything else it depends on your credit score. You in fact did qualify and you choose your program. You always have the option of not having interest rates when you pay the installer directly.
  Given we are a big company, we have very specific contractors/suppliers/ manufactures that we work with that we have specific prices with and they have warehouses so if were caught up in an issue where we cant use the material and its stored there, we have restocking fees to pay for to keep it in their warehouse. Its not reflected in your contract with us because its reflected in our contracts with them.
  We understand that the experience with our company was not to your satisfaction. However, as a family based company it is important for us to work hard and try our best to satisfy our customers. We have been trying to come to a resolution with *****************, but last time we had a meeting with her she said she only wants to pay ***** and did not let us come look at the work to assess. We will try to meet client again.

  Build for you was a pleasure to work with. The people on their staff are very capable and they definitely go the extra mile to make things right. I contacted them to have my patio remodeled and I tend to ask a ton of questions. All my questions were answered with plenty of information. I know patio's can take some time, but the company completed my patio by date we agreed upon and got to work right away which I greatly appreciated. I now invite all my friends and family over to come hang out in my new patio! looks amazing, very happy I chose this company.
