    When they installed my artificial Turf in September of 2023 they told me No weeds will grow through the turf and that I also had a 25 year warranty if i had any issues that they would take care of it at no cost. What they failed to mention was that if it required labor after the year i have to pay them to remove weeds off off my turf. i had reported it 1 month after it was installed it took them 4 months just to remove the weeds and they said they fixed the problem, the very next month i had the same issue they gave me the run around now im stuck with a lawn full of weeds going through the grass and gravel and they want to charge me just to remove them but wont fix the problem.

    The nature of the dispute is that Build For You Remodeling pressured me into signing the contract. They wouldnt leave my house until I made a deal with them in November of 2023. The company installed the turf in two part as i had ask once one was done to have them do another portion second part is were the issues were i have called the two people who i had direct contact with from the company and sent pictures of the issue with no response or assistance as well as contact the company and was told that my loan could be canceled never got canceled and was not reported to anyone when i called back to confirm i was told that there is no record of any attempt made after installation of turf about me calling to cancel lone or about issues with turf as of 7/18/24 i have been keep up with this loan and have reached out to multiple people or branch of the company with no resolution to the issues.

    The gate was installed Jan 9,2024 and has been down more than up and running due to high wind in our area which was explained to the sales person **** and another person that was with him. We also explained this to the installer. The first wind event happen Feb 5 and gate was repaired back to original design, the second wind event happen March 1 2024. The gate was not repaired until May 13, explain out concern for gate repaired asap because of stray animals entering into yard but they took there time to redesign fence and install it. I have spoken to the company and various rep of the company only to be put off each time. The last person that repaired the fence did not leave it operational due to parts needed to make it operate and in the interim my yard is still being left open. I have text and call **** and *** and the company since May and was told as of late they would be replacing the motors and still yet to here back when this will be done. This gate was installed with a one year warranty. When they were trying to get the contracts signed they were either calling ,coming by or texting every day, now that we are having issues that need to be addressed it hard to get a call back or have issued addressed. I told the supervisor **** that I wise they would show the say enthusiasm to address the issue we have as they did to get us to sign the various contracts.

    We understand the challenges posed by the frequent high winds in the area, which were rapidity and promptly addressed as the client mentioned.

    In response to recent events, we have proactively ordered a stronger motor to improve the gate's durability. We have kept the client informed that the delivery of this motor may take some time, and we are expecting its arrival this week to proceed with installation and complete the necessary repairs.

    While our project manager and customer service team pride themselves on our commitment to quality service, we acknowledge that our immediate availability can be impacted due to our busy schedule. Nevertheless, we have maintained consistent communication with the client to promptly address their concerns, particularly given the unusual wind conditions.

    We accepting to finalize all required repairs and upgrades by the end of this week with the arrival of the necessary materials.

    Date of Transaction: 9/13/23 Amount paid to business:$52,250.00 They were committed to provide to me Artificial Turf and installation.The nature of the dispute is that Build For You Remodeling pressured me into signing the contract. They wouldnt leave my house until I made a deal with them. When I was unable to get approved for the loan and did not want to continue they did not take no for an answer and insisted that my brother and sister in law be added to the deed to my home so they can get approved. They paid for them to be added to the deed. I felt that this wasnt right so I tried to cancel the agreement within the cancellation grace ******* When I did this they pleaded to not cancel because they said they already purchased materials. I was also told that it would not put a lien on my property. When trying to sell my home months later I discovered that a lien had been placed on my property.     We were lied to by this company, we were pressured and scammed into agreeing to the loan. Theyre threatening legal action. They told us we did not have the our 3 day right to cancel now were getting calls from lawyers saying we owe them money. The third party financing company is GOODLEAP. The product is not what I asked for. I havent signed loan documents yet and I want to CANCEL this loan. They dont answer my calls or texts. Original loan amount is about $53000.00 The total loan after all finance charges is $172,000 They sat in my house and pressured us into the loan for hours even though we already said no.

    We had them do a beautiful job on a complete back yore on a new home with drip irrigation for plants.The irrigation was connected to the wrong controller and needs to be connected to the correct controller.There have been 5 representatives show up and tell me someone will be out to make the repairs,it has been several months and still not here.

    Company's telemarketers call repeatedly after I've them told to take my name off the list many times. They call at least 4 or 5 times a day. My number is on the donotcall list and they still call. This is total harassment. Do not use this company.

    I have a plumbing problem in my home. Build for you comes to my house and tell me that they can fix my plumbing problem. They rerouted my pipes only and i still have the plumbing leaking. I have a really big concern of how this company can tell a person that they needed new pipes because of my homes age and that rerouting the pipes was the problem. Every time i run the water in one of my bathrooms its leaking in my sons room which is a big concern. The leaking pipe in my home still persist. This company screwed me. PLEASE HELP

    I paid ********* because I have a plumbing situation in my master bedroom. When I run the master bathroom shower the water runs straight on to the floor of my son bedroom which is the next room over.  The first time We Build For You entered my home I showed them the problem they said We can fix it  You need Your Pipes rerouted. I already paid in full ($*********) We Build For You came back to my home following up on my complaint only to say its a pipe broken under the shower pan and wants me to pay $18.000.00 more to fix it. This Company is a rip off. BBB please help!!!

    Company went to visit to check if leak from client's shower pan was part of the re-piping job that we did. Client signed a work order for re-piping the deals with all pipes leading into the bathroom. The bathroom has different piping. After sending out a plumber we found out the issue and got an estimate that we said we can provide client. Client refused but we were never hired to fix this issue. We fixed another leak in client's home.

    On March 8 I entered a contract to have the kitchen remodeled. This contract later grew to multiple rooms inside of my home on March 9. The representative and one of the contractors workers came to my home to see what needed to be done, on March 12th representative and plans representative came to my home, on March 13th office representative and worker can you to my home to start demo, March 14 representative came to my home to discuss contract issues, March ******************************* master bathroom. This worker stay in my home for three hours and left, he sent his friend to my home to finish the job, this friend is not a part of the company he was simply helping another friend. I explained this to the contract writer I was not pleased, on March 16 workers return to my home worked roughly 2 hours and left for the day. Now that the demo is done in both master bathroom and kitchen, we are now dealing with the kitchen loadbearing wall. The worker that was assigned to rebuild his wall stated to me that he was not comfortable in what he was doing, and the permit had not been pulled as I was told it would be, he stated to me that he was not comfortable with doing the job because it would not be done right, once again I called the contract writer and discuss this with him the contract writer still wants to build this wall cover it up to hide from inspection on electrical making the wall appear as though it had never been touched, they did not want to include an engineer, I was not pleased with this. I wanted my house done correctly for the money that we were spending, my wife and I did not like this back door tactic and it was not acceptable. There was bickering between the workers regarding the job cost and what they were getting, along with the little time they was spending in our home to get this job done we were not pleased and decided to cancel the job, I offered to pay the $5000 that was on the contract and find someone else to do my home. Build For You Remodeling made promises that was not true, offered fraudulent tactics that would defraud the government with taxes regarding the solar panels that they were to install I was offered a $45,000 receipt for solar system that I was paying ****** for, I was told there was a program that would give us 20% discount, after researching this there was no such program for our income. Everything that I have stated here is factual and true, at my residence both inside and out are covered with security cameras that recorded these conversations.

    We met with sales Rep ****** and the owners son named ****** on 2/5/23 to discuss remodeling two bathrooms and flooring upstairs. We agreed for both, signed a contract for 30k to be done in 2 weeks. They had no samples stating someone would come Monday morning with them. We had agreed for vinyl flooring. Monday morning a crew showed up to take the carpet up and no one showed up with samples. We agreed and they took it out except for two rooms, of which one I was working in, I work at home. Project manager **** came by and introduced himself. After the carpet was pulled we discovered our wires for our alarm system was all over the stairs and the floor, we decided we could not do the vinyl and just go with carpet. We told ******, he came by to see the issue, we told him do the carpet instead, we would not replace our alarm system, Tuesday we waited to hear from someone, by Wednesday we called ******/he stated they did not have carpet in their warehouse, he did not have samples, We went to Lowes, took pictures and sent them to ******. He stated someone would come tomorrow with samples. **** came with samples on Thursday we chose one and he stated it would be Monday for the install, we had been walking on bare wood the whole week, we insisted it be **************. A crew showed up Friday at 10:30 and did the install. They didnt have the baseboard. Spoke w/******/he stated it would be Monday. Didnt hear from anyone, we called on Wednesday spokes/ ****/he stated they only had a 4 baseboard and not the 2 1/3. My husband suggested to get some at Lowes, but he gave excuses to not get them from Lowes. My husband went to Lowes and they had them. Spoke w/****, he finally agreed to get them there and a crew would come Friday at *****, no one came, called ****, a crew came at 3:00. We decided to cancel with them doing the bathrooms. They wanted to charge 23k for the carpet and take off 7k,. We will 7k for the carpet. We had a price from Empire for $6336.
