    Very underwhelming and fraudulent (lies) about quotes and timelines.My wife and I had two door to door pitchmen about 6 week apart (****** - pronounced *******, and ******). Both stated the quote would be good for 18 months. Now, after the second door to door sales pitch for interest, we decided to at least schedule an invite to quote us on new kitchen countertops. We got the call that they would be at our house at 3pm. They arrived at 5pm (blew out a tire and AAA for tire repair, accidents happen, but no call about the delay). The individual for the quote was unprepared for countertops. No samples to show, kept having to look up inventory and show us on his phone, gave us a Quote only good for 3 months and said no one gives an 18 month quote (I think they do it to get people into calling then say that "They should not be offering that, we'll have to fix whoever is saying that." I asked for quotes on Marble and Quartz countertops and they gave the same quote for both. As we know, each marble or quartz is its own cost per sq. foot. I shouldn't get a "quote" without a sample picked, and the price shouldn't be identical with both. Could have shown a low and high quartz, and a low and high marble and the overlap thereof, but no. It was, "this is the price and we will not be higher than it. Do you want to sign now?" I said "I will not sign anything without the product, the square footage, the estimated work time, and schedule, and I will look around. If your quote is what I like I will call back in a few weeks." He got up and walked out without shaking my hand or saying thank you, or goodbye. Just walked out and left. Very off-put.
