  I spent nearly $16,000 for maintenance free yard. I have weeds growing along with unwanted plants. I was told they were installing $120.00 new sprinkler system. It's the same one I had and now it doesn't work. I have to hand water. I have in writing, 25 year warranty they are not honoring. They are preying on senior citizens and young couples. I believe good reviews are fake. Smooth talking project manager. He started to get angry because I was undecided. Said he's spent time with me because I was interested in having work done but couldn't make up my mind. I felt bullied into getting job done. BEWARE!!! If I could leave -5 stares I would. ******************

  Great job ! Highly recommend I asked them to come over and replace the pavement in my backyard because I had bad cracks , they were quick to respond and come out for the job ! ***** was a lot of help with organizing Ill be asking them to come back for sure !

  I spent $14,000 to have my front yard landscaped. We were told that no weeds would come up through the fabric. Well, three months after the job was completed, we had weeds of all kinds coming up through the artificial turf and the gravel. After bringing this to the attention of Build for You, we were told pretty much that it was now our problem. We were given the name of a product to use for Nutsedge and the other different weeds that are also coming up. This is ridiculous. If we had known that this was going to happen, we would have left our yard as it was. I now have to go out every day of the week, to pull weeds out of my yard. I am elderly and the whole purpose of having our yard re-done was to make it maintenance free. Even my neighbors are shocked at how the weeds are coming up and at how this company is handling this situation. I will never have any further work done by this company. They promise you the moon but once you sign on the dotted line, everything changes.

  This company targets the elderly! They came to give my mother a quote for fixing her patio roof and ended up adding on other things that totaled $58,900. Yes, they said my mother is the one that added on additional items but they never provided her with an itemized quote WITH prices from the beginning. They knew she was retired and on a fixed income and only provided her with an itemized quote after the work was completed not giving her a chance to see if maybe there was something that was priced too high and she could have removed or waited on. They didn't let her know about any monthly payments until after the work was completed which is now too late and now she has to figure out how she will be making the monthly payments. They don't care because they will receive their money and now she is stuck trying to figure out how she will make these monthly payments when she is on a fixed income. They also never provided her with a contract giving her notice of her 5 day right to cancel which is a law that was signed by Governor ******* specifically for senior citizens to prevent them from being taken advantage of.

  Wanted to get some yard work done in the front and the back of my household and when I tell you it was really good work it was really good! Thank you guys for the work and it looks good now

  Definitely giving them the 5 stars they deserve. **** was very helpful in explaining what we needed dine and he got the job done smoothly. We now have new updated more energy efficient windows
