    BitCoinIRA simply have the best customer service reps out therenot only in the financial services industrybut in my opinion in any industry. No complicated phone menus where it takes forever to reach a real person. No long waits on hold. And when you do get someone on the line, which usually takes just a few minutes, the rep is knowledgable, friendly, efficient, and it has been my experience that they always solve my problem.I had a recent experience with BitcoinIRA customer service specialist *******************. The purpose of my call had to do with my failure to respond to an email BitcoinIRA had sent to my wife, but even though my issue was due to my own oversight, ************** made sure my problem was resolved before we ended the call, and he did so in a friendly, professional manner. I have probably spoken to five or six other customer service specialists there over the years, and have always been impressed by how easy they are to get on the line, and how professional they are when you speak to them. My conversation with ************** further solidified my positive opinion of the company's high level of customer service. I highly recommend **********************.
