    I just had an experience with ******* at BitcoinIra that truly epitomized high quality customer service. I had a tricky problem which involved a minor technical ***** that was anxiety-provoking for me, largely because I feel out of my league, technically. ******* understood the nuances of the stuck place and also why I was concerned. She metaphorically held my hand unraveling it, was remarkably not rushy, and virtually wouldn't let me go until we double-checked and made sure everything lined up.     Fantastic platform. I have 2 representatives that I can speak with, i am not limited to email and/or FAQ pages. Cold storage wallet with over 2x the insurance of any other wallet. Vertically integrated trust, customer service staff, and institutional trading. More than 2x the cryptos of any other crypto IRA provider. No one matches Bitcoin IRA when it comes to security. As is often the case, you get what you pay for.

    *********************************, spoke with me guided me through the conversation without hesitation or getting frustrated with my barrage of questions. Fair Market Value with the best security, incentive to transfer larger amounts. They are not Financial, however, sounds like one! Management this guy deserves a raise. Hope the referral bonuses incentives go to the sales reps also and they are for Amazon!!
