    Customer Service Rep. **** *. defines customer service. I have been with ********************** for almost 7 years and have had excellent service when needed. **** took the time I needed to make some changes and he walked me thru the steps and to follow up with me afterwards to ensure everything was good and I was satisfied. I can't thank them enough for their support over the years.

    Bitcoin IRA is a total scam. The fees are the highest in the industry. If you try and leave there are huge fees associated with leaving. They drag their feet in processing the paperwork to close the account, charge you 1% of your total holdings, and then keep billing you after the account has been closed. I had to call them everyday for weeks to get traction to close my account. Probably called 30 times or so to close my account, and I had to issue stop payment requests with my bank just to stop them from billing me after the account was closed. These other reviews are clearly made up from insiders in the company. If you have over 100k with them you are looking at over a $1000 a year in fees just to park your asset there. Then if you try and leave they charge you a few grand and seize a nice chunk of your assets. Then they conveniently forget to stop billing you. Do not use this company!

I highly recommend bitcoin Ira for a non traditional approach to an ira ******** It is for those who can visualize the envision the future and dont want to be beholden to greedy banksters and ***********.
