    Very helpful & friendly staff! Bitcoin was only a term that I didnt fully understand before speaking with the consultants at Bitcoin IRA. They assisted me in rolling over a **** I had at ********************, which turned out to be easy & hassle free! I would encourage anyone interested in putting some of their retirement money to give these kind folk a call and hopefully watch your nest egg grow as mine has been growing (mostly lol).

    Im deeply frustrated with BitcoinIRAs unfair practices. To close my **** *** and roll over funds to *********, they charged me a $300 account closure fee and $35 for a wire/ACH/check transfertotaling $335. These fees are outrageous compared to industry norms (e.g., ******** charges $50, Equity Trust $100). Their ads tout tax-free IRAs and no significant deposit required, but hide a 5.99% setup fee, $3,000 minimum, and these crippling exit costsdetails buried or omitted entirely.This feels deceptive and punitive, especially for a simple rollover. I urge others to beware of their fee structure and lack of transparency. I request BitcoinIRA refund my $335 and disclose fees clearly upfront. Avoid unless youre prepared for sticker shock!

We send every client a full disclosure of fees when they submit their application and we also review the fees in the sales call prior to your ******* setup. We do indeed offer tax-free IRAs- that is what a **** *** is, and we have a $1k minimum ******* deposit which (although subjective) is not considered a significant amount to open an *******.We genuinely regret that your experience didnt meet expectations and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Please know that our primary focus is to help Americans save for retirement while adhering to ***, DOL, and other federal and state regulations to safeguard client assets (which means addition work in comparison to a non-IRA ******* like Robinhood).
