    Instead of clicking on ******** of Secretary of State site I clicked on fast filings. I filed and paid and quickly realized it was wrong. I sent them an email to explain I meant to click on isos site . They ignored my request for cancellation and went ahead and filed and charged me 203 when i went and filed and paid isos 79 dollars to get the sane document and I emailed fast filings my proof I already received my documents from Illinois sec of state and sent them proof within ******************************************************************************** 203 and now are asking me for another 26 dollars because I filed a dispute. It was a mistake on my part and i emailed them at the same moment but they are a crooked private company. I want my 203 back and the additional 26 dollar fee removed

    We are terribly sorry for any issues or a bad experience with our service. However, the situation is that this customer actively agreed to the very clear no cancellation/no refund policy. The customer then disputed the charge with his bank, and we do not interact with a customer while a dispute is in progress and has not yet settled.

    The dispute was closed in our favor, meaning the claims of the dispute were not valid. In the clear contract that this customer read and agreed to, the customer confirmed he would pay us $100 for a dispute that closes in our favor. We have that policy in place to cover the damages caused when a customer filed an invalid/bogus dispute, which was the case here.

    The customer has already paid us $74 of that $100. As a courtesy, we will waive the other $26 to comply with his request.

    I paid $110.95 to get my birth certificate. I am now trying to submit my Vital Records Authorization Form, but don't have an address to send it to. I have reached out in every possible method I know of and only receive automated email replies telling me to check my information packet. I do not have an information packet. I need to communicate with a human, but do not have that option apparently.

    on 10/10/2022 I paid them $100 to file for a *******-17, a certificate of authrotiy to collect sales tax in ***. I have followed up with them numerous times to be put in an email loop that goes nowhere. I called *************************** this morning and confirmed nothing has been filed on behalf of my business, Mac Lights LLC. The phone # also pushes you to send an inquiry on their website based "contact us" that again puts you in an email loop with no service, update, chance for refund or results.

    Further,  our online support system online is working just fine. We reply to ALL web inquiries within 1 business day. Our first reply is an auto response. But as is outlined very clearly in that auto response, if you reply to the auto response, it goes directly to a human.

    Are you possibly having issues with your email? Can you please reply to one of our many emails regarding the hold on your order?

    My business manager and I completed most of the pertinent licenses and certificates to open our business doors. However, on 11/3/22, as I was applying for my GE Tax License through the ****** ********** of ******** online, I noticed an odd application popping up on my laptop. The company's name is Fast Filings. (Please note that I had never even conversed with anyone from this company, nor did I sign any kind of business agreement for them to work on my paperwork.). After researching Fast Filings business we found their website a bit shady. There is no contact information, just an address. It cost me and my partner $244.00 each, for us to get our GE Tax License, that's a total of $488.00 for a document that is free in ******, after a one-time charge of $20.00. This company is based in **********, so, why would I use a **********-based company to file my ****** tax paperwork? My partner already paid his one-time fee of $20.00, for his GE License and *********** charged him $21.50. These people cannot get away with what they are doing! They must be stopped immediately before they do this to someone else! I have attached their Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy as well as proof of the money they withdrew from our separate accounts. They have a no-refund policy but that shouldn't apply to my situation because I never agreed to do any work with them. I would like them to repay what they withdrew plus the overdraft cost and fees. They obviously target new company owners. Unfortunately, my company's Grand Opening did not happen because of this situation. I would like to make sure they understand that this process with the Better Business Bureau is one that I will have to see till its end results. I am sure there are more businesses that have gone through what I went through with Fast Filings. We are unable to afford the legal process with an attorney.     I am a bit confused by this complaint. You sought out our service and hired us for the service of filing for your GE license. You came to us, you hired us for the service we offer, you agreed to the fees, you agreed to the clear Terms, and you agreed to the clear no refund policy. We performed the service exactly as was agreed upon and exactly as described. If there was some sort of issue with the service, please let me know so I can help address that. But Im not going to entertain your suggestion that we are shady. Read our reviews online- thousands upon thousands upon thousands of 5 star reviews.

    My name is ************************** and I am the owner of Leialoha Subcontracting LLC. It is finally nice to meet you. I have a few questions to ask you. Please answer honestly, how did you get my personal banking information?  How did you get my business partner, **************************** personal banking information?  I am so scared of what you are doing to us! I had to literally postponed the Grand Opening  of my business because we was blindsided by you withdrawing $244.00 from each of our personal bank accounts.  We had an appointment with our bank to open our Business Account and we cancelled that as well. 

    According to your response, what are you talking about when you claim I approached you and that I hired you to file my GE Tax License. Please do not lie your way out of what you did to us! Are you aware that this correspondence is the FIRST TIME I am finding out your name and that it was a male not a female that did this to us? Please answer me why would I seek out any business to do my paperwork? And, why would I seek out a company

    I am rejecting this response because: Please Better Business Staff. I am 63 years old and struggling to get my business off the ground. I haven't been able to do any business until this matter is cleared. Please understand that I wouldn't bring this matter to your attention if this person didn't intercept my initial business with my local tax office in ******. Ask yourselves, why would a Woman Owned ****** Small Business owner seek out an agency that is located in **********. I had already submitted my request to the ****** *************** and received it way before this person began doing the most heinous act of theft ever done to someone as old as I am and one that is living on a fixed income. Besides, my General Excise Tax License in ****** is FREE. I would pay at the most, $20.00 and that's it. I NEVER AUTHORIZED FAST FILINGS TO DO ANY WORK FOR ME. NOR, HAVE I EVER GIVEN THEM PERMISSION TO STEAL MONEY FROM MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT. My partner has never used the computer and was on a job site when he noticed his account had two withdrawals from the same person at Fast Filings. This is really making me on edge that this bogus company thinks they are going to get away with doing what they did to both myself and my partner. The only way this company got a hold of my partner's name is because he name and address are on my business Leialoha Subcontracting LLC
    My partner also never gave this Fast Filings Company permission to do anything they are accusing us of. Please have Fast Filings... We recently noticed their business name is now Fast Birth Certificates? Please know that I am only now realizing this sudden name change. I am appalled 
    at this matter not yet being solved with just the name glitch. What is going on? And why would I seek out anyone's help when I have been doing all my own business certifications? Why has this company charged me and my partner $244.00 each plus $21.50 for my partner's GE License? I would like to see their proof that I acknowledged Fast Filings' services and I want proof that I gave this person at this company permission to withdraw money from my bank account! Have him show proof that my partner gave him permission to do the same! I am requesting a full refund plus the overdraft fees. I shall submit a copy of my bank statement as proof. We still haven't opened a business account in fear of this Fast Filings owner getting to our business funds. Our bank will also be investigating this matter as well. I will see to it that this company does not ever do something like this to anyone again! I want them closed down and charged with criminal felony charges. When we go to our bank and report this, trust me, Fast Filings will be investigated on intently. Mahalo BBB staff for all your help!
