************* - I made two orders last November for the same thing on accident last November due to lag and multiple tabs open. Then I asked for a refund on one. I had to chargeback with my card company. Then this company FastFilings did not even create my license for the one order that they kept the money of. It's been ten months since then and yesterday I asked again where's my seller's permit and they told me to order again. I reminded them I never received what I paid for in the first place and that this is unnacceptable, and they sent disrespectful messages back in return. Unbelievable really.Business Response

here is a timeline of events:
1) On Nov 17, you placed two identical orders. We noticed that, so we refunded one.
2) We completed the filing service on 11/24. The service was completed exactly as was agreed upon, within the timeframe agreed upon. I want to remind the customer that our filing service explicitly outlined CLEARLY that the service is to complete the filing, but does not necessarily guarantee any sort of physical or digital delivery of anything.
3) On 12/10, without even bothering to contact us, you disputed the charge for the service that was completed exactly as described. This, obviously, violates the agreement in place.
4) We terminated the permit because you disputed the charge for a service that was completed exactly as agreed upon.
5) We showed your bank that the service was completed exactly as agreed upon by the contract, so they closed the dispute and ruled it in our favor in early January.
6) Per the contract in place, you agreed to pay us $75 for damages caused by an invalid dispute. This usually goes to formal collections, for for some reason, it slipped through the cracks and we didn't turn you over to formal collections.
7) In September of this year, many, many, many months after we processed your original order, you contacted us and now have some sort of issue with things.
So, as far as I can see, we've done exactly what was agreed upon, but this individual acted maliciously by disputing a charge for a service completed without even contacting us.Business Response

This website took my money and failed to file anything with the state. I ordered a dissolution filing, which was impossible since the *** was already terminated. This included a $99 state fee that was never submitted because no filing occurred. Instead of issuing a refund, they kept the money and applied it as a credit I would never ******** is what they admitted: Also, we can certainly use the fee for another filing should you need one in the future youd have a credit with us. They even threatened: We report all unpaid debt to all 3 credit bureaus against both the individual and the business entity.This is predatory behavior. They claim to deliver documents that are already publicly available on the state website, then mark them as fulfilled. This customer ordered our service to file a dissolution for an entity. The customer's entity is currently in the terminated state, which per the service description he signed off on, is his responsibility to resolve so we can do our job. Further, per the service description he signed off on, this does not entitle a refund. The legal service description this customer confirmed he had read, understood, and agreed to is below, with relevant parts bold faced and underlined:

Dissolution/Termination/Entity Closure Service
Our dissolution/termination service is one where we will file or attempt to file a termination or dissolution for an entity with the appropriate government agency. In the event that we need a customer to grant us access to a filing account (such as with the California Secretary of State System), it is the clients responsibility to grant access to such an account.
If the entity has outstanding tax liability, is in bad standing, is already terminated/dissolved, is missing annual report filings, cannot be located in the state system, or if there is any other entity issue that prevents the successful filing, this does not entitle a refund. It is the customers responsibility to resolve any of these types of issues so that we can complete the filing. If we need any further clarification or information from a customer, it is the customers responsibility to reply with the information we need to perform the service. We cannot guarantee successful termination or dissolution, however, it is extremely extremely rare that we are unable to successfully get an entity dissolved or terminated.
If there is anything that prevents the successful approval or filing of the dissolution filing, this does not entitle a refund. Our fee is retained as the fee for the research/work/customer interaction related to the attempted filing, and we do not offer refunds under ANY circumstance. If you do not agree to this, you agree to NOT place an order with us.
This service description and refund policy was very, very clear. The customer confirmed he had read, understood, and agreed to this.
In this case, the customer's entity is in the terminated state. Per the clear service description, the customer needs to resolve this and bring the entity back into existence and good standing. Two months ago I paid $212 for a fast filing for my resellers permit. It was supposed to take a few weeks. I called the State and they told me these guys routinely file paperwork incorrectly. The claims here are false. We did not file incorrectly. This customer was abusive to our staff. Here is a summary of events:
-On July 16th, this customer ordered our service to file a request for a CA seller's permit.
-We completed the filing request on 7/23, thus completing the service we were contracted to do. By the letter of the contract, the agreement/contract is complete.
-The customer contacted us on August 26th stating that he did not yet receive his permit. (While we do not guarantee permit approval/issuance, we are always happy to help in the very rare case that someone doesn't receive a permit, or a permit is not approved).
-On August 27th, we informed him that the state put his permit request on hold. Upon digging into this, the state put his permit on hold because this individual has outstanding tax liability.
-On August 29th the customer confirmed he called the state and confirmed they would not issue the permit (they don't issue permits when there is outstanding liability), so he asked for a refund.
-We informed him that we completed the filing service and thus we would not be offering a refund.
-The customer then proceeded to call out customer service *** a "young moron customer service clown".
-Our management team then informed the customer that we do not tolerate abuse customers, that the service was completed, and instructed the customer to not contact us again.
-The customer then called our manager a "dumbass".
This individual is out of line. We will not interact with him further, we will not entertain a refund. We do not tolerate abuse, we do not entertain demands from abusive individuals.

This customers accusations and suggestions are false. In fact, this customer has attempted to defraud our business by making false claims to her bank to open a dispute. That dispute was deemed invalid, and closed in our favor.
This customer's order was processed on 5/22. The customer then disputed the charge with her bank, but the dispute was closed in our favor because the claims in the customer dispute were false and invalid.
After the dispute closed in our favor, we informed the customer that per the contract she agreed to, she now owes us $75 for damages cause by an invalid dispute. We informed her of this in a factual, clear manner. Informing her clearly of the facts at hand of the debt she owes it not rude or threatening, it is factual.
As we informed her, she owes us $75 due to the invalid dispute. This was outlined in the contract she agreed to. We will be turning this amount over to formal collections.

This company is a scam.
It appears their entire system is designed to look legitimate with a professional website and promises of certifications but in reality, they deliver nothing.They dont provide the services they advertise, and its no coincidence theres no real customer support or refund process.
Shockingly, the owner, ***, personally sends threatening emails to customers who ask for their money back.
I feel completely deceived and taken advantage of.
What they are doing is theft, plain and simple and I will do everything in my power to pursue legal action.This will not end here.

I was trying to get a sellers permit for ******. I came across this website as it was portrayed at the Virginia government and is very misleading. Upon entering my payment for the process, I got confirmation receipt and realized that this is a 3rd party company. It seems this individual either is mistaking us for another business, or that she is misremembering the order process.
1) Our website does not look, feel, or resemble a government website in any way with any stretch of the imagination. Our logo and who we are is very clearly displayed, the service description is clear and we use clear language to state that we are a private service. Further, you cannot place an order without first confirming you understand that we are a private service.
2) We reply to all ticket inquiries within 1 business day. If the customer contacted us and opened a ticket, we have or will respond within 1 business day.

This year, I went to the website and somehow "**************" popped up and I thought it was something new on the state website. We cannot entertain these claims as valid. If the customer has a legitimate issue, we are here to help.
During the order process on our website, we make it crystal clear that A) we have a $99 service fee in addition to the state fee, B) we are a private service, which is clear based on the name of our website, our clear branding, and the fact that we expressly state in many places that we are a private service. You cannot place an order with us without first actively checking a check box to confirm you understand we are a private service. C) that we are a private service etc. through the very clear Terms and Conditions that the customer also confirmed he had read and understood.
See a copy of the checkout page showing clearly that we are very transparent about our fees and who we are, and see a copy of the checkout page showing also how clear we are and that you have to ACTIVELY check a box to confirm you understand we are a private service.
If this individual wants to bring up a legitimate issue or gripe, we are here to help and make it right. But we cannot give consideration to these types of ridiculous claims/suggestions.

You placed your order on 3/12 for our service to file a request for a Utah sales license. The service of filing that request was completed on 2/13, less than 1 business day after you placed your order.
I have attached a screenshot of the Utah system, showing the completed filing. This is of course proof we completed the filing service.
Unless there was some issue with the service or we made a mistake that cannot be fixed, we are not going to consider refunding anything because the service was completed as agreed upon. As was outlined clearly, and as you confirmed you understood, our service is simply to complete the filing. Our service is not related in any way to how long it takes the state to process the filing. Further, the refund policy you signed off on and agreed to is outlined very clearly in the full Terms and Conditions.
Please also note that since we filed the request on 2/13, it is simply not possible that you were able to go do another filing for the same thing. If you went to the state and got a permit, it's the permit we set up.

On March 7 2025 I applied for a sellers permit with fastfilings.com. I was told I would hear something back or have my sellers permit within 10 business , it has been past that and I have sent email after email wanting status information with no response I paid $283.85 to have this processed. I am going to have to push back on you here, as the things you are saying are not accurate or correct.
1- You filed a BBB complaint without even bothering to contact us. This is very bad faith, and very, very unreasonable.
2- That screenshot you provided where it says "you should expect it within 10 business days" is not from us. I don't know where you got that or where that came from, but it was not from us. We never stated that you should "expect your permit within 10 business days". Instead, we stated clearly that in general as an ESTIMATE it takes about 10 business days for approval. But that this is NOT a guarantee, and that in fact we don't guarantee approval AT ALL. The service description and your confirmation email very clearly state that our service is to complete the filing, which was done within just a few days of you placing the order with us.
3- Your seller's permit was approved and delivered to you on 3/17. Which was indeed well within the estimated timeframes. But even if it wasn't we clearly state that timeframes are estimates, I've attached a copy of your seller's permit, in case you missed our email delivery.
If you feel that my response and tone is a bit abrasive and direct - well, it is. The fact that you never even bothered to reach out to us for assistance frankly perturbs me quite a bit. We are a small, hard working family business. We are helpful, friendly, and do everything in our power to please our customers. But when we get a ******************** complaint when we did the service as agreed and the customer didn't even take 5 seconds to contact us - that just rubs me wrong in every way.

We received a support ticket from this customer on 3/13 and 3/18, both of which we responded to in under 10 minutes by email to ******************** We did not receive any response from the individual.
If she needs help, she can simply respond to both emails that we replied to her original inquiry.

On Feb. 1, 2025, I paid $244 to FAST FILINGS to get a wholesales license which as they state includes "Resale License, Wholesale Permit, Seller's Permit, Sales Permit, Sales/Use Tax Certificate, Resale Certificate, Resale Permit, ************************* etc." for a new business I am opening. As of today, March 9, I have received nothing. There was no follow up until I emailed them on Feb. 18, 2025 asking for a status on my certificate. I have emailed them SEVERAL times concerning this matter. I would receive an email stating customer service will get back in touch with me. They sent me a screenshot of where it had been submitted and stated it would take 3-5 days to receive from State of *******. STILL NOTHING. I have sent MANY emails asking for my $244 to be refunded, as I have received nothing. I continue to get form letters back stating the same thing. There is nothing in my spam, inbox or trash. In each email I have sent I have stated I haven't received anything and to refund my money. I have all my emails and their emails xaved. I am definitely NOT a happy customer.Business Response

It seems you must be having issues with your email. We have replied to every single one of your emails (screenshots attached). Your order itself was completed and delivered to you by email on 2/11.
Please email us directly and we can respond directly to that. The reason I suggest that is because it seems you are having issues seeing the emails we are sending directly to you. Your email server is showing you are receiving them, so perhaps they are doing into spam or something like that.
We unfortunately are not going to consider refunding you for a service that was completed exactly as agreed upon. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for issues you are having with your email as that is not in our control. But if you email us directly, this usually solves the issue.

I am rejecting this response because:When I noticed that the amount charged was not the $19.95 that I agree too and I saw that I was charged $213.95. I reached out directly to the merchant and asked for a refund and a cancellation because I did not agree with that amount I was unaware that I was being charged for that amount. He claims that I did agree to the amount that it was on the processing fee and it was made available to me. When I looked the processing fee and the amount for the first time that I ordered I could not locate I reviewed the entire purchasing page to figure out where it was located.
He comes back to me and shows me this very small writing. Which I couldn't locate in the beginning. I then asked him where on the purchasing site did it say it was non-refundable where did I agree to the terms and conditions and where did it say it was not refundable? The terms and conditions of the cancellation policy and refund policy was on a separate page totally, there was nothing on the website to show that there was no refund or cancellation policy unless you reviewed the terms and conditions. How many people actually review the terms and conditions?
If many people are having the same exact issue with this merchant. I think it's time for this merchant to be shut down. There is no way that this many people have had the same experience I've had. There is no way that people would be upset about a dollar amount if they didn't originally agree to it or knowingly know that, that was going to happen. His no refund policy is only a way to deceive people, trick people, and scam people out of money.
As someone who works in software. I believe that when the system does not recognize your IP address AKA it's new to the website it hides the processing fee and how much the payment is. Once the system recognizes your IP address as someone who's been there before it changes the screens. I believe this is what the scammer is doing.

Please see our previous response. The fees were listed clearly, the acceptance of the Terms were listed clearly. We do not have a lot of people with this same issue as this person suggests. And no, we do not secretly hid items for people who have a new IP address. This is an absurd suggestion, and believe me, we do not have the technical acumen to do such a stunt. We are a small family business with not a whole lot of tech know how.
Please re-review the previous response. I am not interested in entertaining false suggestions and bogus claims. If there is a legitimate issue or we dropped the ball somewhere, I am happy to help. But bogus suggestions and claims are not something I give much consideration to.
