    My Ring Security Cameras and Doorbell were on my Partners account, who then was arrested due to Domestic Violence. I called RING 3 times to get the 3 Security Cameras and Ring Doorbell transferred me, but they could not do that. They said they would send me replacements that I would have to rewire, and after 1.5 weeks I still have not received the devices and not secured. I have a Protection order but RING as yet to set me up with a SECURITY cameras and system.They clearly do not care about a person's safety.I want reimbursed to purchase a new security system.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  

    I did receive the replacement DoorBell and Cameras.  However, I cannot get them installed by an Electrician until Friday.  I do appreciate the product being expedited.  I would advise, next time, the product should be shipped the next day and not waiting until customer (me) had to call and find out where the product was.  I would still not recommend Ring to friends due to this inconvenience and the fact that I own the product, I own the house where product is installed, and yet I cannot have the product transferred to my account.  Security is not Ring's priority.

    Subject: Unauthorized Charges and Request to Reinstate Agreed Monitoring Plan Dear *********** am writing to file a formal complaint against Ring LLC (a subsidiary of ******) for unauthorized billing and poor customer service.I originally subscribed to Rings basic monitoring service at the agreed annual rate of $99 per year. Recently, I discovered that Ring charged my checking account twice for $99, totaling $198, without my knowledge or consent.When I contacted Ring customer service to resolve the issue, the representative I spoke with had a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand. She informed me that the service had changed, but could not explain why I was not notified or why I was billed twice. I was also told that refunds could take up to 10 days which I find unacceptable, especially considering the charges were withdrawn immediately and without my authorization.I am requesting the following:A full refund of the duplicate $99 charge (totaling $198),To maintain our previous agreement of $99 per year for monitoring only,A guarantee that Ring will never charge more than the agreed amount without my explicit authorization, and Written notice via email prior to any future billing changes or increases, and in advance of the yearly billing due ******* is critical that companies like Ring maintain transparency, especially when it comes to recurring charges. I value the service but cannot continue if billing practices are not clearly communicated and respected.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.     My Ring cameras/ account was compromised. Ring was aware of such and failed to warn customers. I found out via Tik Tok through my daughter. When I looked up my account, as you will see from the upload, there were over 14 devices that access my account. THEY SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED US!!!

    It us not true what they are saying. This is hackers!!! They failed to warn customers for us to ********************** our household. There were over 14 phones, internet browsers watching my camera. We were being watched, dangerous and scary. People are to be made aware, starting on May 28, 2025. There, they will find those compromised phones. I will file a police report.

    I was hacked on 5/28/2025 and Im hearing that a lot if not all users were hacked also. I checked to see who was logged in and found 3 devices that all logged in at 6:57 am. I tried posting this info on the ring app for users to be aware, but it got taken down. I have not received a notification, email, etc from Ring advising of this hack or letting us know to remove the unknown devices.

    came across a video on TikTok of a ring user showing examples of multiple different logins under their account. After following the instructions to review my ring system under control settings, authorize users, and authorize devices. I came across multiple different devices that became authorized on my account on May ******* around 8:56 AM. Ring is telling me that they were not able to access my account, but I never got any notificationsof anyone trying to login or for me to authorize another device. All these devices somehow became authorized on my Ring account ********************** told me that were just aware of the situation and to give them 12 to 24 hours to give a response. There are over 5000 comments on this video online of this happening to people.

    I have a ring doorbell camera and was recently made aware of a data breach that resulted in 3rd parties being able to login to my account and view my cameras live feed. On May 28, 2025 there were four unknown logins to my account, three from safari and one from an iphone. I was never informed of this incident and was only just able to remove these devices from my account.

    Hello,On May 28th, it looks like Ring experienced mass hacks. There's social media posts floating around about it. I checked my authorized devices on my ********************** app and also noticed numerous devices not belonging to me accessing my Ring account on May 28th. I just removed all of these devices, but nevertheless the damage was done.

    Purchased premium color floodlight cameras for our home @ $249.99 ea. vs. the white and black offerings that were $50 less. Am a Protect subscription customer and had two of my 4 cameras develop problems with images (one - monochrome red image saturation, the other condensation or water intrusion). Was informed that there are only white and black replacements available now. I would like a $100 credit or complimentary one year subscription credit for the $100 that I lost purchasing the premium colors that can no longer be replaced. My color was 'dark bronze'. Have emailed CEO and Gen ******* with no response which speaks also to customer centricity or lack thereof

    We set up our ring camara in 2020. We selected both to pay monthly fees.. I got a message from my bank today stating that ring was trying to take ***** for yearly fee. I called them and they said they would refund that amount. Today was the first day I was able to log into the ************************** account and went to the billing and noticed they have been taking money since July of 2020. When I talked to the representative today he didn't say anything about us having an account open with them. He stated the ***** would be refunded from today. But the others we just noticed today.

    I purchased a ring doorbell camera from ****** on April 27, 2025. The camera has worked great until July 10th. The camera is no longer showing the screen shots of videos under event history. I have contacted customer service 4 times with zero resolution. Its unfortunate that a billion dollar company has such poorly trained customer service. They have been unable to simply understand the issue.
