I purchased a ***** watch in sept 2021 for my Birthday. I bought it from the Diamond Co. Located at ******** mall for some reason its not letting me pick that store to complain about. I paid almost $4000.00 for the watch it started to malfunction after I went swimming with my watch on in November of 2021. I returned back to The Diamond Ring co. To let them know what took place they took my watch and told me it should be ready by New years Eve 2021 , which I have the receipt to prove. Over the last couple of years its been nothing but excuses; everything from the logistics due to Covid then they sent it to *****, then they said they would get their jeweler yo repair it. Now today they told me to get my items and get the f*** out their store. I was very frustrated about the whole situation I left out without my watch because Im not sure how they can sell me defective products. Before this situation I had plenty of positive experiences with the location I have spent more than 30k at this location, now that there is a defective product theyre not holding their end of customers service up. I am very unpleasant with the way I treated today and will never do business with them again after we get passed this situation. I feel like I am being treated like this due to my ethnic nationality.
